Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5

These bands are AMAZING!!!! There are five of them and just looking at them when opening, the colors are beautiful!! I am a sad beige person and all of my gym equipment is cream, so this was a perfect addition to my gym bag! The bands themselves kind of have a rubbery smell, its not too strong but I mean they are made of rubber so. The grip is good. They sometimes slide up and twist if they are on the thighs, but still work great. I LOVE that there are five different strengths. I have chronic hip pain and using these for my PT exercises is just chef's kiss. They are a good length I would say, The lighter weight bands may be a little loose when standing but for side exercises they are fine. The versatility of these bands is awesome! I seriously love these!

These exercise bands are really nice. They’re easy to use, have good stretch, and work well for my workouts. Simple, lightweight, and great for adding resistance.

I recently started working out and spent quite some time choosing resistance bands. I decided to go with this set mainly because it has a huge number of reviews and is very popular, which felt like a safe option for a beginner. Overall, I think this is a good value-for-money product. The bands look nice, and I really like the color palette — the coffee/milky tones look stylish and different from the usual bright gym colors. I use them regularly, and they work fine for my workouts. One thing worth mentioning is that if you use them directly on bare skin, they can roll a bit. However, when wearing leggings, they stay in place and feel comfortable. At this stage, I’m satisfied with them. In the future, as I train more, I’ll probably upgrade to a higher-end set, but for starting out, these bands do the job well. I’d rate them 4 out of 5.

These exercise loop bands are fantastic, super portable and come with a nice little carrying bag, so I can take them anywhere. Whether you're a beginner or already active, these bands are perfect for adding variety to your workouts. Definitely a great buy

I love the bright colors, ease of working myself using the different strengths, and no equipment clutter. The bands are strong, firm, and good width. I see and feel the difference already in my arms and legs even if it's baby steps. I can see myself not getting bored.

The bands feel well made.Great for a beginner and up. The different resistances (by color) The bands are clearly marked so you can tell which resistance you are using.They are easy to hold on to. The length of the bands can be used for people of all sizes. The bands don't feel or look cheap. I use them every day and I don't have any problems with the bands slipping out of my hands.

Las bandas se ven y sienten de buena calidad. Solo he usado la de resistencia media para varios ejercicios y funciona perfectamente. Vienen en una bolsa muy práctica para guardarlas todas. Preferiría que no viniera cada una envuelta de manera individual en plástico, pues me parece mucho desperdicio. Pero es una apreciación independiente de su calidad.

Having read other reviews when buying loop bands and only one turning up when expecting a pack of five I was very pleased with this purchase. You get five bands of varying degree of difficulty, a guide for exercises and a bag to keep them in. I have tried all the bands and they are excellent, no snapping on first use as others have found with other brands. I am using them for rehabilitation exercises and they do the job very well. If looking to buy loop bands I would strongly recommend these ones.

Easy to use and beneficial

Supers, utilisés aux cuisses et mollets ainsi qu’avec des exercices pour les bras, quotidiennement et je ne les ménage pas. Je n’utilise que les deux plus résistants. Belle surprise au niveau qualitatif.
