I bought this because now that I’m in my 30’s I’m trying to be mindful of caring for my joints. I was expecting some mild relief after the first couple of months I’ve been consistently taking these twice a day and definitely a bit of a difference. What I wasn’t expecting though was for my skin to look as good as it does. I usually struggle with pimples/uneven skin as a daily thing but people around me have commented how clear my skin is suddenly. I haven’t changed anything about my diet or skin care routine, either! My face is glowing and even, I don’t know about the rest of the benefits but this has been the most noticeable. I don’t know if it would have the same effect for others but make sure you take it twice a day with a Vitamin C supplement for absorption!

On my 3rd bottle. Definitely have seen improvement in mobility for my arthritic knees. Have not noticed any skin benefits but that’s not really what this formula is for. There isn’t a weird odor with these. Easy to swallow and doesn’t dissolve in your mouth quickly or leave an after taste.

These capsules are made from chicken sternal cartilage and is said to promote health joint function, comfortable movement, and strong connective tissue while maintaining normal moisture in aging skin. It's still early to assess how effective these capsules are in accomplishing these goals. These capsules do not contain yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish, nuts, or sesame ingredients, which should be helpful for those who allergic to these foods. These capsules are rather pricey, so it may be worth finding lower-cost alternatives that perform as well/accomplish the same results.

Meets expectations

I had injured my thumb and it gradually became locked up. Started to see results in the first couple weeks of taking this supplement and could finally start to bend my finger. It completely healed my “trigger thumb” within 4-6 weeks of taking the recommended dose. It may have also improved the appearance of my facial skin. Have recommended it to family members.

I never write reviews, however this product has literally helped me function again. I had lots of carpel tunnel issues. This has been a huge game changer. 100% believer.
