if you are concerned about the warenty, you are justifyed, NO WARENTY
I fell asleep watching you-tube and rolled over on the USB-C cord, my bad.
I found a (i-phone) guy to work on it, not knowing exactly what is inside,(who would)
the LED seperated from the glass and the magic crystal dripped out!  = Brick !

being out on the road, I had no problem buying another imeddiatly!

Seriously this phone is so good that waranty or not -buy -
Charged it will last two days - recharge 50% in a half hour:
will not overcharge if left on charge (taipers)
Fast and powerfull, good screen, (not OLED)

BUT if you have this phone consider this:
Find and turn off APPS by "Evenwell" particularly
CAIVS . There is a collection of " Phone number (+SIMM Data) and
location information, including IP information from your cell connection (+?)
That is sent to a sever in China, In china it is used my the service provider to
effect billing, the sever is a telecom that is wholey owned by the chinese government.
you may think that they have no use for it and may not even look at it, but
now that it is in the pipe it can be harvested by: NSA, FBI, Mosad, Hackers, +?
disable it ! then YOU will enjoy Another 20% gain in YOUR performance,
on top of an allredy great phone. The lack of warany IS a risk!
But for me (For REAL) Just the "Good" IP67 rating has saved it from an Icepack
that I was using.  You Must decide if it is worth it for You!

Does it work on lte with t-mobile in the us?

It cannot use 4g LTE in the US. It doesn't accept the US bandwidths. At best you'll get 2.5g (15-20 seconds for a google search).

Yes it Does.  Select TA-1046 version for US.  phone performance is good, par with other phones on at&t in north idaho, SMS on phone is better to use than earlier android (7.0). for me Active 911 works correctly (Fire Paging app).
found no need to "Root" phone, not recommending that unless you have a specific need, as some money transactions are blocked from rooted phones (Root Checker.  ) Performance on line is exellent! Fast and accurate. Using more data now, go figure that !             I say go for it. you will not be sorry\\!!
