Essential Cell Biology Fifth Edition

The back of the books are references to the Beatles band album covers check it out! This edition was Magical Mystery Tour on the back and the previous edition was A Hard Day's night album. In serious terms this book was filled with essential knowledge of plant and animal cell anatomy and physiology. The animations are helpful and the questions are good to review at the end of each chapter. It does get wordy and very repetitive but every textbook is like that to enforce knowledge on a subject. Good deal on a book that is still relevant.

Well written and good completeness

It’s a college book, it’s affordable. I see a lot of people cannot seem to access the smartbook5 but I did, and actually you don’t even need a code , the book is found online for free. Nothing beats having it in hand!

This text book is remarkably made. You can tell that they put a lot of effort into designing the pages, flow of the sentences, and use of illustrations. The passages are very easy to read and they pair well in conjunction with the passage illustrations. The hardcover, although designed a bit silly, is without imperfections and has a nice feel to it. Overall: 5/5

I rented this book for one of my classes and it was worth it and so much cheaper than purchasing it through other sellers.

It came with a web code so I can have the online textbook copy as well which was so sweet so I don’t have to carry the book with me all the time.
