The problem I have is with the label. I recently started a no fat… No refined oil diet. in the picture, (and on the description of the pretzels) it said “no fat” and on the ingredients there was no oil labeled. but when I got the box, there was vegetable oil in it. now, I had only just recently started this new diet of mine, so I decided to just eat them. I also decided to try one more time, so I ordered again the box. It said no fat once again, came with fat in it so once again, I didn’t called to complain. I just said all right I’ll just eat it again. I’m not allergic to oil but what if somebody Ordered those pretzels because they were allergic to a particular oil and then it turns out oil was in them. Maybe they didn’t check with the box … maybe they had just assumed they were getting what they were told they we’re getting …. so that’s my only problem. I love the pretzels. Obviously I would not have eaten them if I didn’t. I just think that you need to watch the labeling. God forbid somebody gets sick … that’s all I’m saying … I’m looking out for you guys. I love you guys.

The picture on the box shows big full size pretzels. My bag of pretzels looks like they were ran over by a bus. Just broken bits and pieces.

I love these pretzels and have ordered them multiple times. This last order did not have one full pretzel. The entire box was just pretzel pieces. The bag was about a quarter full of crumbs. The box was in perfect shape so it wasn’t broken up in shipping, it was packaged that way. Very disappointed.

These pretzels are delicious, whether I'm looking for a football or late evening snack. They are crunchy, salty and satisfy my cravings for both. They are large and so you don't need to eat a lot to be content.
