It comes preloaded with some apps and even has google play on it, sadly though the product does not even support google play. You're stuck using the preloaded crab the manufacturer wants you to use. Theres plenty of good products out there at this price range that does force you to use the apps they want you to use. The software is also really bad, so slow and clunky its rage inducing how much time you spend waiting on the thing to respond to your request. You can get on the play store though google chrome but most of the apps arent even compatible with the device. Then the thing just froze up on me and stopped working when I was on the google play store through chrome. 80 dollars wasted

I love it. Was easy to set up and great in my office listening to smooth jazz. Great picture and has way more features than I expected.

Horrible response time from the touch screen until the function starts. I don't know if it is too small of a processor or what but the Lag time between every key press is unbearable. Other than being slow it is a nice device with lots of functionality...if you have lots of patience. Once you get Pandora or Amazon Music actually running and playing music it works great if you just leave it but if you want to listen to something else or use some other functionality...it becomes frustrating. Your best bet is to forget the WiFi apps and just plug in a Micro SD card with your playlist on it.

I wanted a music player for iheartradio klove etc to play in child's room; have to do a bit of configuring to get it to work like that. The power button--and really that whole row: volume +/- all connected and has a click style press with the buttons coming out 90' from 'board with no support underneath so over time can bend and whole top row falls. If you have to use the power button, I'd suggest gently pressing from the back of button where it's joined inside stongest there, though regardless, this is probably a limited lifetime item.

I use this as a portable sound unit for iHeart, Pandora, and so on. Good sound quality for listening on my deck. Some apps needed to be updated prior to use, but that's no big deal. Overall it's pretty good.

Extremely hard to understand a news operating system irregardless of what I’ve tried including calling the company it will not except any login information it doesn’t even allow you to use it as a Bluetooth speaker easily and the battery with the radio off of the stone dead in less than 24 hours wish I couldve Returned it however schedule did not permit me the time to be able to do so and it was purchased in the hopes of it being to help my daughter with schooling and it’s a paperweight at Best

Older Android OS but otherwise great for a garage boom box that lets me listen to my favorite internet radio stations

Would not load the radio widget despite numerous attempts.
