Mixed in with Dulux ‘willow green’ silk to paint my bathroom, really lovely effect. Did some with a brush and it wasn’t great (glittery streaks) but when I used a roller it evened it out beautifully. Buffed a tiny bit, couldn’t really see the difference and buffing the wall was far too much hard work so I just rolled it on with the paint and let it dry. Really chuffed with the outcome, little flecks just catch the light adding some interest and panache to an otherwise plain coloured wall 👌🏼 will definitely use again - I think it will look great on a ceiling!

I’m in the process of renovating a room in my house and as part of it I’m painting. (The colour I’m using is Dulux Parisian Cream). I want the decoration to be just a little bit special, so I was looking for ideas online. I saw this product and decided to have a look. I eventually purchased 4 bags of 150 gram glitter and then a 400 gram bag. I added all bags to a tin of 5 litres of paint. I wasn’t entirely sure what the finished project would look like and had concerns the additive might cause issues. In the end I am reassured by the result. The part of the wall I’ve painted sparkles. I was wondering if I might leave the paint alone without scrubbing with the accompanying pad, as there was just a subtle sparkle, but eventually I went ahead and lightly scoured the wall. I love the look, it adds, (inexpensively), a little panache. I’m greatly anticipating finishing the room and am very happy I used this product.

This glitter is amazing...I have used many brands but this one is the best and beats the rest! It says what it does on the packet! I didnt even need to buff it after either. The effect is stunning!! I wouldn't buy any other brand now.. buy it and you won't be disappointed. Very easy to use and first class results.

The glitter in dark blue paint looks absolutely STUNNING ….. when you use a clear varnish after you’ve lost the scourers supplied and had to use green Tesco value green scourers 😂…. Just wish there was an option of purchasing extra scourers as the room was huge and the 2 we had would have not been enough or it would have got 5 stars!! I had to varnish it after as the glitter was falling off as you walked past and it needed a ‘seal’ of some kind!!

This holographic silver glitter paint additive worked extremely well and gave a much better result than other glitter additives I've tried. We previously used a glitter product from a big box store that barely showed once dry, so we decided to try this instead - and the difference was noticeable. The glitter mixes easily into paint. We simply poured it in, mixed throughly, and painted as usual with a roller. After the paint dried, we buffed the surface using the included pads. The buffing step is important and really brings out the sparkle. It isn't difficult, but can be time consuming if you have a large area to do, but you don't need to apply much pressure for good results. Once finished, the effect is beautiful, especially when sunlight shines through the window and catches the glitter. It adds sparkle without looking overwhelming. What Worked Well - Glitter actually shows after buffing - Easy to mix into paint and apply - Included buffing pads work well - Looks especially nice in natural light Overall, this is an easy to use glitter paint additive with excellent results. I would recommend it to anyone looking to add sparkle to painted walls.

Das Glitzer kommt sorgfältig verpackt in einem stabilen Beutel mit so einem Zipper Plastik Verschluss. Ich habe das Glitzer mit der Wandfarbe „kornblumen blau“ von „schöner Wohnen“ verwendet. Für dieses Glitzer, behaupte ich, eine unschlagbare Kombination. Die Nische mit Dachschräge, die ich damit gestrichen habe sieht am Tag wunderschön aus und das Funkeln kommt gut zur Geltung ohne billig auszusehen. Am Abend mit künstlichem Licht funkelt diese Nische wie ein echter Sternenhimmel und ist absolut atemberaubend, weil es so toll glitzert und das Glitzer am besten wirkt auf dunklen Farben, wenn man einen sehr gut sichtbaren Effekt haben möchte. Die Dosierung habe ich gewählt, wie es bei dem Glitzer empfohlen wurde, also ein Beutel auf etwa 2l Farbe. Es bietet sich an die Wand bei starker Farbveränderung erstmal die Wand ohne Glitzer zu streichen und wenn das Farbergebnis was deckend ist eine letzte Schicht zu streichen, in der das Glitzer eingerührt ist. Das Glitzer hält gut an der Wand. Ich bin extrem froh, dass das Ergebnis mit diesem Glitzer so toll wurde und würde es jederzeit sehr empfehlen. Traut euch unbedingt und probiert es aus. Ich kann mich gar nicht dran satt sehen und es sieht so unglaublich edel und geschmackvoll aus.

I’m actually pretty impressed with this. I was originally going to paint my daughter’s room with this but she changed her mind. I did use it to paint frames, a shelf and wicker shelf. If you paint a large room put a tarp or a sheet down on the floor when you’re buffing the walls. Initially when the paint dries it doesn’t look great but you need to buff the paint with those white square things to get the glitter effect. Also if you have a-lot of paint like a gallon stir it for at least 4 mins. I don’t have any complaints, the price is amazing too. I think a roller might be the best option for painting a large room with this.
