I will let other reviewers say something about the songs here.Most important of this CD is the booklet. There are interviews with creators of the movie, Short synopsis of the movie (and you can imagine while reading the sequenced scenes from the movie). And very comprehensive information on each songs: when Mozart composed it, what was so special in each song, which scene used the song, etc.It's like everything you need to know about Mozart and the movie Amadeus is in this booklet.

If you loved the film surely you will love these CD's, they are like a greatest hits album of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. I am not a classical music buff but surely no-one can deny the brilliance of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's music that has lasted over 220 years.

Far more music than expected on this CD. Really worth having even if you havent seen the film.

this CD replaced a very worn out tape cassette which i bought after seeing the film.The music is amazing, it ebbs and flows and if you are a Mozart fan it hits the spot!Wonderful!
