Good stuff, waterproof, easy to apply
This seems like good stuff. I done quite a large roof area using 4 large tins of this and it has held up well so far. If this stuff gets on your skin and dries out it is a nightmare to get off – I had to just let it come off after about a week. Also managed to get it on my car seat and there is no way it will come off so be warned, don’t get this anywhere you don’t want it. Easy to apply but fumes are a bit much when working in a confined space. Any brushes, rollers, buckets etc should be dumped after use as cleaning them is not an option.

Great quality product
Why did you choose this product over others?: This stuff has saved me a fortune! I needed two tins to do our flat roof and did it all over a weekend. No more leaks and saved me a few £1000 in roofing costs. Thickness: It’s very thick but easily applied Ease of installation: I used a squidge window cleaner thing to distribute it around the roof then used a roller on a stick to apply it. Went on very easy this way Durability: it’s been on for around 6 months and there is no more leaks in my flat roof so far so good Ease of use: Easy to apply and lots of tutorials on YouTube if needed

A Great Waterproofing Paint
Brilliant stuff, use a paintbrush which you can throw away after, this will fill in fine cracks when painted on and is totally waterproof. It paints on easily just like paint, looks good when dry too. We will be buying more. It may seem expensive but it does the job so happy.

Safety Clothes Required
Use a mask, gloves and disposable overall - this stuff will not come off brushes, tools, roller or clothes Done the job of renovating roof. Ideally you need backing fleece when putting on felt roof. I had top use strips.

So far ... excellent
Used 3 tins for 2 flat roofs, one of which was leaking badly. Had a few really bad weather days ..it's Wales ... It has been completely dry. Also less noisy in rainfall!
