Dell Latitude E5550 15.6in Laptop, Core i5-5200U 2.2GHz, 8GB Ram, 500GB HDD, Windows 10 Pro 64bit (Renewed)

Bought this about 6 months ago. Wanted to keep the laptop for a few months before I left a review. I can definitely say it’s a 10/10. I use it for work. They delivered very quickly. My originally laptop broke and I needed a quick replacement for work. I placed my order on Friday and it was as there before Monday. I have no complaints. This is a great sized laptop, lots of storage and great for people who work from home, as you can open multiple pages and apps (10+ apps) at once without interruptions. Would recommend. UPDATE: I bought this laptop in October 2024. It’s currently December 2025 and this computer is still going strong, with no issues. Would recommend

VERY happy with this laptop. I actually have no clue about computers but price was right & it's 100% satisfactory for my work from home needs.

This computer is perfect for doing any sort of work whether its studies, research, video editing, programming whatever this thing got it. The storage capacity is quite substantial and the cpu is quick and the memory is quite decent. Only thing is battery life seems to be a bit poor, only lasting roughly 3 hours on a full charge. however it charges back up fast and with the display size, being even larger than I expected, I'm not going to be using this away from a desk too often anyway.

I picked this laptop because it had the docking port for the docks I already have. It seems to working fine for our basic needs and the battery seems to be full strength.

I thought I would try it out so I could put happy Birthday on the screen for the wife. It would not boot up only hard drive errors. It did right away ask for our wifi password which I changed immediately after. Returning it for a refund.

The laptop will suddenly restart and if you have any work you're out of luck because it's gone, it's got glitches that I've never seen a laptop have before you can be logging on notepad and you will try to save to a folder and it will just disappear for no apparent reason

Update after working with this for a few months: Changed review from 4 to 3 stars because the battery no longer holds a charge consistently. If the battery dies, then I plug this in and turn it on, it will not charge. But, if those same conditions are met and I prop a mouse on an analog wrist watch, then it will charge the battery. Very strange. Original Review: After battling with FedEx for a week due mostly to weather, I was finally able to set this laptop up. Works great so far! This was an inexpensive purchase to replace a decade old HP in order to continue personal bookkeeping and ensure I can continue my WFH efforts. The battery lasts pretty long, but I was surprised to unpack the laptop and not find an AC power adapter. No power source included despite it being in the photos of the listing? What's up with that?
