Just perfect the mats will keep the mixture the right size every time

I always use these type of mats for my macarons and find they work really well. The mat is a really good quality and spatula, though small, does help when filling the piping bag. Only issue is it came folded and when you lie the mat flat it creases in the middle and that part doesn't lie flat - so it makes the mixture run a bit

It has helped me so much, all of my macarons are now the same size! :D When I bought it I was afraid the macarons would stick on the mats and be hard to remove after baking, but not at all! I would definitely recommend it!

Great for keeping the shape of your macaroons but I had one that buckled with the heat

Update: As I didn’t want to give up I had another go at using it. I left them to cool completely and ignored them for more than 30 min. They came up easily and lovely shape too. Moral: don’t give up! This mat is really bad, I used it twice as I wanted to give it a second chance, however, the outcome was the same - I was not able to pick them up. I wasted my money on it, not to mention the ingredients for the macarons.

2 Matten für Makarons sind perfekt plus Pinsel, sehr schön habe mich gefreut. Gut zu reinigen ist Ruck Zuck sauber denn Zeit ist Geld. Temperaturverteilung gleichmäßig mit Überlaufschutz ! Frei Hand nicht gleichmäßig mit den Matten schon. Preis war super, Lieferung wie immer pünktlich
