Best hydrocolloid patches
I have chronic hormonal acne that has not gone away with years of both OTC treatments & prescription medication and was introduced to pimple patches a year ago as a method of dealing with the worst of it. I've been using different brands each time (and sharing them with my housemate) and bought this one because I thought the name was funny. But actually, out of the 6 brands I've tried, this is THE BEST. The packaging is great. The dots come on perforated paper (split down the middle of each row) so they are easy to remove from the plastic without creasing. The plastic sheets are not a bunch of tiny perforated squares but rather long strips that stay attached when you only take off one dot, so you are not dealing with throwing out a billion little slivers of plastic each time you use any. The bag comes with multiple sheets each in their own smaller packet that are easy to open, then the bag itself has a resealing zipper so the open packet stays fresh. The size of the dots is good, not too big and not too small. The dots are very good at staying put and I've even had them stay on just fine if I apply moisturizer or sunscreen on the surrounding skin and it accidentally gets on it. They've survived being out in the rain. I could get them to stay on places with beard/body hair even and they wouldn't yank it out when I removed them. The amount of gunk they soak up is great. If you have a particularly nasty refilling cyst/pimple, you do need to remember to remove it within a few hours or it has the chance of getting really mushy (and turning to goo when you try to peal it off), but this is expected behavior and better than 2 of the brands I tried that would only soak up to a certain point and then whatever formed past that would build up in/on the skin again. They are not completely invisible (no hydrocolloid patch is) but they are a lot less noticeable than most other brands. The only other one that did better was tinted tan to match the skin but only looked OK on certain skin tones (worked better on me than my tanner housemate), so I think untinted like these is the way to go. I don't know what CICA is but compared to patches that say they only contain tea tree oil, these handle inflamation way better. The skin is flatter and barely (if at all) red by the time I remove the patch. I tend to get really nasty deep pimples that refill repeatedly, but these patches have like a 90% success rate on preventing them from refilling because they deal with the inflamation that's causing it. Price wise, these are middle of the road (at least for the big 100+ packs), but it's better when they're on sale. Worth it regardless. TL;DR best pimple patches, highly recommend

Surprisingly These Work Extremely Well!!
Worked great and got the job done!!! It cleared up my blemishes overnight which really shocked me! Considering the luck Iโve had recently while trying so many different types of hydrocolloid patches. The one thing I would add to this line of products, if at all possible, would be to also make packages with either all โnight timeโ or all โdaytime patches. I tend to only use them at night so it would be more beneficial for me to buy a pack of just nighttime ones. UPDATE: I recently googled best hydrocolloid acne patches of 2021 and I was reading reviews on different websites about their picks for โTop 10โ or โTop 15.โ I was shocked to see this brand on some of the lists. I was even more shocked when I searched it on Amazon & learned I had previously purchased them & didnโt even remember! Iโve tried SO many different brands since then that Iโve lost track somewhere along the way. There are a few brands I really seem to LOVE, but they are SO pricey! Ive recently discovered a few companies that make & sell these patches on Amazon & not only have great results but are very cost-effective. Iโve got to where I donโt pay much attention to online reviews on these b/c SO many of them are fake or coerced. After seeing I had purchased these awhile back I wasnโt going to bother updating my review but after wearing them a few times I wanted to reiterate how effective they are. Some companies advertise how thin their patches are or theyโll say it contains salicylic acid or Teatree oilโฆ. Iโve come to learn the basic patches, like these, with just hydrocolloid seem to work the best. The ones that contain โdryingโ ingredients for your acne also dry your skin out, which is a recipe for disaster when it comes to breakouts! Drying out your skin causes your body to produce even more oil & in return your skin will continue breaking out! When acne begins scabbing up it takes much longer to heal. Understandably the thicker patches can also absorb more fluid & in return stay moist which heals your skin so much faster than drying it up! I canโt say enough Great things about this brand!! There a little thicker than some other brands but thatโs a GOOD thing when it comes to quickly clearing up your acne. *I already used a few of the patches in the picture but wanted to show how well these are made & how thick & durable they are!*

Great for the occasional breakout, but too pricey for everyday use.
This was my first shot with hydrocolloid patches (ie. pimple patches), and overall I was quite impressed. I think my expectations were a teensy bit too high initially, but after giving these a full trial, I think it's safe to say that these are a solid product. ๐๐ป Depending on the type of pimple, you'll likely get slightly different results. I was hoping that these would help bring hidden pimples to the surface, but that didn't turn out to be the case. If the pimple is under the skin and the skin is NOT broken, it won't pull the pus up to the surface. Rather, and possibly even more ideally, placing these patches onto closed pimples with fully intact skin will actually SHRINK the pimple - within a day typically, maybe two if it's super bad, it'll just... poof! Disappear. Alternatively, if you place this on a pimple that has either a) already breached the surface or b) has been picked previously, it WILL draw the pus towards the surface. This is nice because then it's as simple as taking a tissue and gently wiping it away after that. This can work in as little as an hour, though it's ideal to keep it on for longer if possible. What these basically do is they keep your wound (because pimples ARE technically wounds) completely sealed off from the air, dirt, germs, oils, and other possible irritants that would affect the healing process (not to mention they keep the temptation to pick far away!) and allows the pimple to heal extra fast. It's like a bandaid, but on steroids kinda? lol The hydrocolloid in the patches only speeds up the healing even further, providing a perfectly sealed, moist environment for healing. While a picked at pimple may start to scab and dry up after a time, with these patches the skin is kept safe and soft, healing at it's own perfect rate. Also, if you struggle with excoriation like I do, then you're really in luck! Hydrocolloid patches were initially created to treat small cuts and wounds - so that coupled with the small, convenient sizes make this a perfect combo to fight bad picking habits! With the patch on, you can't pick at or reopen old wounds, forcing you to allow them to heal. I wear them in between showers, so about two days at a time, and have had no issues work then falling off, though your skin type may effect this. To note, I have a mix of oily/dry skin, and for the most part had no issues. I leave them off for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours after my shower to allow the skin too "breathe," and then I replace them. For pimples, I find it can take anywhere between about half a day to 3 days to fully heal, though if you're confident you won't pick at it, you could probably remove it even sooner. The length of time is just a bit of extra precaution on my part. For other cuts and wounds, it REALLY depends on the severity just how long you'll need to wear it. For scratches and scrapes, 1-2 days usually works for me. For blisters, blood blisters, scabs, deeper cuts, and craterous wounds caused from picking or scratching, I've found that healing can take anywhere from a day to a full week. Every body is different, so you'll have to try it out yourself to get an exact feel for what you'll need ultimately. In review, what I like about this product: + Convenient and easy to use + Not glaringly visible at all - you could probably go to school or even work (depending on your job, ie. not working directly with customers all day) with them on and it wouldn't cause much of a stir + Rarely fall off or lose their adhesiveness (unless you attempt to reuse it (don't), replace it, or shower/bathe with it) + Draws pus towards the surface of open wounds/pimples, while shrinking and ultimately erasing closed/hidden wounds/pimples. + Comes in 3 different sizes + I have very sensitive skin and had zero issues with these causing any form of irritation, redness, etc. + Once these went on, I almost never noticed them after that. It's like they're not even there. What I dislike about this product: - If you only have the occasional breakout, these are great to have on hand, but if you're fighting a war, these will be gone within the week, if not sooner. I recommend buying full size hydrocolloid patches and using scissors to cut them to the size you need; a little bit more work for a lot more savings. - The seller seems skeezy asf, and while the product is great, I wouldn't purchase from LeCushe again. They promise you a $15 Amazon credit for a 5 star review, which is not only an ethical concern about honesty, but is against Amazon's TOS for offering incentives for positive reviews. - I never could find it what the heck the difference between the "night" and "day" patches were. I honestly don't think there was one, so marketing then as two separate patches that do two separate things just seems weird and dishonest to me. - There were no directions, and while it's pretty self explanatory, they would have still been appreciated. - For whatever reason, the "night" patches came in the advertised 3 different sizes, which I very much liked, but the "day" patches were all the same size, which left me with an awkward amount of just that one size after the others ran out. - There were perforations on the sheets of the "night" patches that allowed for easy removal, but the "day" sheets had no perforations, making them notably harder to peel off. With no instructions or explanation, I found this to be pretty annoying. **NOTE: THIS RATING IS SOLELY FOR THE PRODUCT ITSELF, NOT THE SELLER!**

Great Deal with Great Results
This package contains 72 patches which is a deallll!! Now, did the value compare to their advertised abilities? This is not my first purchase of acne patches so I will be comparing my experience to these patches (Le gushe) to others that I've tried in the past, side-by-side. While you can see that I have only used these two patches thus far, here is what I observed: *They are not "invisible" - the previous brands of patches I've used were opaque and thus, I could wear them out in public without it standing out unless light shined on it. Le gushe's, as you can probably tell in the photo, is mostly transparent. This does not hide all redness so I don't think I'll be wearing them out in public. *The first patch I used, I only had on for about 3 hours. I placed it over a pimple that was, at the time, oozing clear liquid. The patch was able to contain the ooze and "dry up" the pimple within this time frame. I took it off because it was starting to develop that white dot that indicated that part of the patch was used/full. (I was also about to leave the house) *The second patch I used overnight and over the same pimple mentioned previously. I don't know if it was because this pimple was ready to get out (or these patches are just that good!) but the whitehead came clear out and was visibly stuck on the inside of the patch! (it was gross, but a thousand percent satisfying!) *Removal - these patches stay on well (I don't move much in my sleep) but didn't hurt to remove! Previous patches that I've tried before HURT during removal (like rip out tiny hairs). I posted the "after" picture of my chin. Still a little red but that's just how my skin heals and not a reflection on the product. The lack of whitehead and clear ooze is all thanks to Le gushe's patches! After a night or two of toning and washing should allow the redness to completely disappear. Overall, these are great patches! I think I'm done trying new brands. Le gushe now has a customer for life! Now to work on the blackheads that you can clearly see on my chin..

Best ones Iโve tried!
These are by far, the best pimple patches Iโve ever tried. My boyfriend even uses them from time to time LOL they donโt smell weird and theyโre sticky so no need to worry if they fall off. I also like that they blend with your skin- Iโve worn them to work before on accident and only once did someone notice them lol theyโre pretty thick I would say! Easy to remove from your skin after use. Theyโre a bit hard to put with your fingers but I use tweezers and that works! As for function, THEY WORK! For reference, I have oily + dry combo. It depends on the weather and time of year lol but within 12 hours of putting them on, you can def notice a significant change. Iโve used them for about 2 years now, consistently, and have never had an allergic reaction or irritation or anything negative. Would recommend! Theyโre worth every single penny!

They work... but not that well?
After reading the reviews I figured this was some kind of magical patch that would make pimples disappear. I had a perfect giant whitehead to test it on when I got these, and I applied the patch on it and one other spot where I could feel a pimple starting. Day 1: I applied the patch on two locations, one small pimple that was starting and one whitehead that was ripe for the popping. I let it sit for six hours and I feel like I probably should have let it sit for another couple of hours. When I pulled it off, it had started absorbing some of the pus and had opened up the pimple. I ended up putting a little pressure on it and the gunk all just popped out. I cleaned it out really well and let it heal for a bit before applying a second patch. Day 2: I let the second set of patches sit overnight, so roughly eight hours. They were easy to sleep with and stayed on all night. I pulled them off the next morning and they did have those opaque blobs on them and the pimple that had just been starting to form was pulled to the surface but wasn't absorbed. Day 3: I applied patches ALL over my face now that I know that I don't have any allergic reactions. I have a bunch of recovering pimples and judging by other reviews (that small pimples would completely disappear with the patches applied) and went to sleep with them. So another eight hours with them on, and then also on the two spots I'd already been tackling. The big one that had been a white head is still really red and while there's opaque spots on the patch I'm not seeing any actual improvement. The whitehead that had been brought to the surface there are no changes at all and it's still there. The small pimples I applied patches on are still there and there's no improvement. So that's my assessment. They do seem to pull out some gunk and maybe they work better on really cystic acne, but in general I've got fairly decent skin with the exception of when my period hits and I seem to have more luck with taking skin supplements, drinking a ridiculous amount of water, and spot treatment. These didn't work well for me and definitely aren't the miracle product everyone makes it out to be.

I'm on my 4th pack!
Good product overall. I think there are a lot of misconceptions about how this product and products like these work that I wish I would've known before buying, so hopefully I can clear some of it up. Number 1, the "white stuff" you see on the patch after peeling off isn't sebum or "pimple gunk," it's fluid from the swelling around the pimple, which is why this product works so well to dry out spots and decrease swelling around the site. This will still make the pimple heal faster overall, but don't think that the pore is completely unclogged just because you see white stuff. Number 2, this product is most effective when used for 6+ hours, which is why it's best used overnight. If you want to put one on under a face mask fine, but the patches can be obvious on the face if you're wearing then out, and no amount of makeup can make them look natural. Number 3, especially for larger or deeper pimples, expect to use several applications to clear the spot. These are great, but they aren't magic and need time. I know some people say they don't work on deeper, cystic acne or spots that haven't been lanced, but you will see results if you give it time. That being said, for more surface level or very swollen pimples, I see a reduction in redness and swelling within a matter of hours. Overall, I'm on my 4th pack and will continue to use these on smaller breakouts as they've given me quicker, less irritating results than other spot treatments. That being said, if you are breaking out all over or suffer from cystic acne, consider seeing a dermatologist and trying a chemical exfoliator or a retinol. I use a combination of patches and salicylic acid and have had no issues with irritation.

THEY WORK.
I fricken LOVE these!!! This is my fifth time buying them. I feel like I donโt have to conserve them and can use them freely because you get so many for such a great price (the mighty patches are like $13 for 32). Plus, they work!! They stick to your face, and they actually suck the gook out of your pimples. Theyโre also clear, so theyโre more inconspicuous than patches like Starface โ I was embarrassed with Starface patches because I often wear patches during the day to prevent picking, and it was like a giant sign saying โlook everyone, i have a pimply face!โ (even though these arenโt very noticeable โ i mean, there is something on your face so itโs not like theyโre invisible lol โ once they start to turn white from sucking the stuff out of your skin, they do become a bit more noticeable!). I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to share so that others could discover these. Donโt hesitate to buy if you need them.

Best product
These are great! Ive tried loads of brands and types but these ones seem to work the best, you can see the white mark where the patch has drawn out the spot, ive been changing mine twice a day and cleansing and washing my face in between and they definitely work!. These will be the ones I stick to moving forward. You can see in the pic after it being on over night the impurities that have come out the spot, another one put on until its fully healed but as you can see they work!

Cool!!
The patch works for most people as it helps with almost all stages of pimples. I purchased this for my sister as she is very acne prone and it worked really well for her. I tried a patch on a small bump too and it helped with smoothing out it. It's a great and affordable solution for a quick fix especially if you are going out or before putting on makeup.

Nearly forgot I had them on!
I wasn't expecting these to actually do anything to be honest, just bought them out of sheer hope/desperation... These facemasks had turned me into an acne ridden teenager! I used them on the spots I had already, over night and when I took them off in the morning, you could see the oils that had come out of my skin on the patch and the spots had cleared in 1/2 days! Then I used them on a couple of spots that were on their way (that bit where bits of your face are sore and swollen but everyone else thinks you're being a drama queen) and it brought them to a head over night, when I took the patches off in the morning, all the gunk came out with no squeezing (yummy right!). I put them on the next night and the following morning there was no trace of the little blighters left. Only few small downsides are that when you rip off the handy bit that lets you peel them off easier, you then have to use the rest of the strip (if you have a few spots, it's not an issue at all) and it hasn't really had any impact on the really deep spot that's taken up permanent residence on my left cheek and refuses to come to a head... Oh and I forgot I had them on a few times when I left the house, until my partner kindly announced to the world 'what are those round bits on your face?' no-one would have noticed until then (nice one!)
