It does help my morning FBG, dropping from 139 to 105 in just 10 days. However, I suspect that is a combined effect because I also started cutting carbs from my diets almost at the same time. One thing I am sure about is that I have been feeling more energetic. I did not like the aroma from the herbs at first but on second thought, the smell tells me that it is natural and I am glad I did not reject it. One bonus: my stool changes into healthy color and shape, which I had been unable to see in years. I guess this supplement works on digestion system too. Waiting for my next HbA1c test.

This company has the best most friendly customer service. After having weekly complications with extreme constipation, and just not being regular after suffering from some kind of awful virus, or maybe giardia I tried this product. After 4 to 7 days I have been regular, and probably better than ever, so much relief. After 2 or 3 weeks my brain fog has finally lifted. This is a great product, so glad I found it.

I bought first bottle in May 2020, it works but not control my blood sugar well. I order my second bottle, I received a Ng for sample, not sales, this is sample so excellent! My sugar level back stand about 135, do not matter I eating a little rice or bread.I taken the sample with apple cider vinegar, very surprise results, make me excited to share it because I struggle with my blood sugar 3 years, try to not take medicine, only use nature way to control, it is not easy! Almost give up! I will try my second bottle to take look same function power with sample or not!

After using this supplement for three weeks, here are my two cents: 1. more energetic? Yes absolutely. 2. Lower FBG ? Yes but not very much. My weekly morning FBG average was 112±7 three weeks ago and now is 104±6...not sure if this change means anything. 3. better blood circulation? Maybe, it is hard to tell but I noticed less muscle cramps during exercising. Overall, it is worth my money as my "afternoon crash" seems to be gone.

Gave me diarea and very upset stomach every time i tried it so i threw it away!
