Does it mean a full dropper? I can only get the dropper to fill about a 3rd of the way.

This is unclear on the label and definitely is a flaw in the labelling. I figured it out though. My ginseng dropper fills about 1/3- 1/2 way. I put this in a small container then used an infant dropper to suction up the liquid and it is 0.7 ml per 1/3 full dropper of ginseng. According to the label, this "dropperful" is 1 serving which is 696mg ginseng. The directions say to take 3 times a day which would be 3 times 696 mg which seems like a lot. I take 1 0.7 dropper once a day in the morning (it negatively affects sleep) for 2 weeks, and then take a break for 2 weeks, then restart.

How many milligrams is this extract

Does that mean that there is 696 dry herb mg in each serving/dropper?

Can this be used in the diffuser to breathing in.
