Received it fast as promised. A nice headset, really lightweight (like it says) and comfortable to wear it, not tight at all. I use it with my Panasonic Cordless Phone, it works well, no problems and very easy to use, comfortable to wear and the sound quality through the speakers is nice. I had been looking for a comfortable 2,5mm phones headset with microphone to make my hands free while making long calls. This product with adjustable microphone and headband, does a great job, makes me so convenient and reduce the pain in my neck. Also I like the volume control and mute button. All in all, a perfect product and suits my needs well, truly satisfied.

I purchased this headset again as my old one started to crackle. I realised that the product is guaranteed under warranty for 12 months. I emailed the seller and explained, I had ordered a replacement already. Within two days I had received an email from the seller offering me a refund - no hassle no quibble so excellent customer service. My refund has been processed - Excellent customer service. In terms of the product it works well with my phone which has a jack plug socket - very few phones have this now as its a bit old school !

They work but seem' a bit flimsy. What you would expect for the money.

This headset does the job. It's nice to have a volume control on the cable, they do sound pretty good and are comfortable. That said, they are very flimsy, and the lead needs work. It is very stiff and very springy. At this price, I would have expected a better quality cable.

Such disappointment to find the jack is smaller than my phone, my tablet and computer port, rendering the headset as useful as a one legged man at a butt kicking party. I had to order a Jack adaptor.

Excellent head set. Good sound quality. Feels slightly flimsy and not as snug a fit as I would like but on the whole better quality than my previous Panasonic set although they did fit better.

Value for money

Apres quelques semaines d'utilisation, je suis très satisfait de ce casque. Le son dans les écouteur est très correct et suffisamment fort. Mes interlocuteurs disent bien m'entendre donc le micro semble aussi faire l'affaire. Je l'utilise avec un téléphone fixe Siemens CL660H. Aucun probleme. Je recommande

Utilizo estos auriculares para trabajar a diario con mi teléfono Gigaset Premium 100, y obtengo una calidad de sonido excelente, e incluso mis clientes me comentan que la calidad con la que me escuchan es excelente. Me duran varios meses, y cuando fallan, lo hacen normalmente por fallo de la clavija al conectar y desconectar tantas veces del teléfono Gigaset, pero rara vez por fallo del cable o de los propios auriculares, pero porque también cuido esos detalles al máximo. Me merece la pena invertir en ellos porque paso meses muy tranquila trabajando, y sin incidencia alguna. Estoy muy contenta y agradecida de poder trabajar con ellos 🙂🎧

Habe es erst zehn Minuten ausprobiert, aber in beide Richtungen. Sowohl Verständlichkeit beim Hören, als auch beim Sprechen für die Gegenseite sind fantastisch. An/Aus Knopf funktioniert nicht, brauch ich aber auch nicht. Hörer sind angenehm gepolstert und es gibt auch einen Drehregler für die Abhörlautstärke.
