Has anyone use it? How is the quality of the clamps and forceps?

I have used this kit, the clamps seems to me to be of adequate quality as well as the forceps. The clamps in my kit were serrated and bite well.

Do the forceps have teeth?

They have little ridges that will hold the needles and what ever.

Why is this not for human use?

Legal requirements. If you admit your product might be used on humans, it's a medical device. If you want to sell it in the US you'll need FDA certifications and inspections. And to meet similar but different regulations in every other country Amazon might possibly ship it too. That's expensive.

Perfect

For the self surgeon or home medic this is a great buy. Cheap, quality, packed full of useful stuff. I had a pretty big slice on my hand (cutting cardboard with utility knife) and with one hand was able to suture it right up. It healed nice. For those just in case times when you don't want to use the ER you can take care of a problem yourself. Saves money and time waiting in an ER room.

The kit itself is great. Great for practice or shtf. My only gripe is the zipper broke opening the kit for the for the first time.
