Helps kids sit still and focus in class.
This is great! I cannot speak for it's effectiveness with severe ADD, but my 6 year old (pretty typical boy) has really responded well to this. I do not think he has ADD, but he struggles to sit still and stay focused in a classroom setting, that may be more rigid and structured than most 6 year old children can handle. I melted some coconut oil in my double boiler, added about 10 drops of A+ Attention and mixed it up. I then (quickly) filled a lip balm jar with the liquid. Let it harden (in the frig for faster results) before use. When he gets to school he rubs it on his wrist and behind his ears, then again around lunch time. His teacher was amazed! Oh and interesting observation...all of the kids thinks it smells kind of like fruit loops.

Miracle Oil
I went into buying this product Kid Safe A+ Attention Synergy Essential Oil a little skeptical. I was looking for a product that would help my 8 year old concentrate on what is going on and calm down a little.I am so glad I bought this product. I put this in a glass roller tube and apply it to his wrist a couple times a day. It is like being around a different child. He is much calmer and doesn't get distracted as easily. I really love the smell, he loves it and I will definitely be buying this product again.

Good quality
The smell is not my favorite, but I am willing to try anything. Not sure how well it works just yet, but seems to help a little on the days my kids will tolerate it.

Great Blend!!! When combined with focus training and healthy diet you should be able to eliminate ADHD medicine.
I LOVE this blend!! At first I was unsure about buying essential oils through amazon..however I did a lot of research and Plant Therapy has a Ton of excellent reviews and is a wonderful small company!! So far I have been using this oil with my 7 yr old son who has moderate ADHD. It has been a wonderful aid along with his medicine as well as at home we only use this. Over this summer I plan to completely take him off medicine and only use oils along with his Karate which is helping with focus and energy. My opinion would be this oil will not completely eliminate the need for ADHD medicine except in mild cases but the combination of this oil, healthy diet and focus training I believe will be perfect to keep your little ones off the ADHD medicines. I will try to update as we progress.

The aroma. ...
Goodness !!! I hate the smell of this one ! And I used to really get annoyed at a review that rated an EO 1 star simply because they didn't like the smell, which is always subjective. However, I guess I can see maybe I was being judgemental, assuming I wouldn't ever dislike an EO so much that I'd rate it based on my issue of for smell. Now, please know I have *tried* to get past the smell and using it for its therapeutic style possibilities. Although I do not doubt the quality, or even the effectiveness that many others have experienced, I have this one collecting dust. I will also mention that I LOVE earthy aromas, have no problems at all with patchouli in the synergies, and although I have liked one oil better than another, I haven't ever been completely unable to use an EO before based upon aroma. Please also keep in mind that once again, the way each one of us interprets any aroma is completely unique to the individual, so when there is any aroma I dislike, there is no guarantee that anyone else would 100 percent agree. I hope this makes sense the way I have tried to keep a balance without ONLY basing a review solely on "not liking the smell" ... On a helpful note, the smell in describe it as very grass like & earthy but not the earthy smell that comes to my mind, it's very bitter type of smell.. like bitter roots and grass -not anything close to like fresh cut grass- more of like a guess of what some old field grass mixed with a bunch of bitter soil, not the common earthy tones that I have had experience with. I would without a doubt still try this before even considering the use of a stimulant ADD ADD medication, ESPECIALLY for children. The only right I have to state something like this, is because I am physically dependent on adderall to be able to function /get out of bed. I am 25, I have severe ADD (opposite of adhd zero hyper aspect) and if I could go back, I would never have gone back on this medication. I cannot just quit taking it bc the physically dependent discontinuation syndrome is literally not being able to stay awake, eating soooo much sweets bc of the lack of dopamine being released, and i can only imagine what this type of med would do to a younger person especially children because they aren't fully developed.n these meds side effects : severe dry mouth , absolutely impossible to eat anything, because not only is appetite wiped out, but also just the thought of trying to eat a piece of bread would make me nauseaa almost. I'm mostly concerned for the young ones having to take it because I have read about the potential n for growth stunting. I am still a major advocate and believer in medications when needed, as I take many meds that have improved my quality of life. One neat thing is combining the pharmaceutical and the homeopathic tools. I do not ever take my ambien I'm perscribed anymore, after diffusing combos and diff brands of oils, I especially love PTs nighty night synergy!

It does have a nice smell to it and I will use it in ...
We got this for our son who is 5. We had tried everything else with no results. We had high hope since he loves Lavender oil, It didn't work. To be honest, I think it made my son more hyper. It was off the wall hyper. We ended up washing his feet (where we put it) and taking off his socks. It does have a nice smell to it and I will use it in my diffuser for that reason.

My son's tics reduced dramatically
This review has been long overdue. When my son hit 3 years old he starting getting major tics like rapid eye blinking, constant throat clearing and making this sucking noise by sucking in air. In retrospect, he started having tics when he was 2, but we always thought it was just a phase because it was just some throat clearing here and there. It wasn’t until he was 3 and started getting nervous because he was in school and it was a constant thing for him that we realized he had tics. I didn’t think he had Tourette’s because no one else in our family has it. I know there isn’t much information on how kids get it, but I think there has got to be some genetics to it because reading posts parents who have Tourette’s usually have an offspring with Tourette’s. Anyway, so I started reading up on things that could help kids with tics and dairy is a big one. It inflames the body, which can cause tics in kids. We eliminated the dairy and the tics got slightly better, but they were definitely still there and very noticeable. So I started reading up some more on what might cause tics and magnesium deficiency is another cause, so I started him on the Magnesium oil. I also ready that essential oils could help, Vetiver Oil being a big one for kids with tics, so I started doing a blend of Vitiver, Frankincense, Lavender, Cedarwood, and Lemon. Then I found the Plant A+ Attention, which has a lot of those oils in it, so I put that on my son’s big toe (because it’s supposed to be linked to the brain) in the morning on days he has school and at night I rub my own blend on his chest or back. I have to say ever since I’ve been putting that A+ Attention on him his teachers are telling me he’s been trying so hard at school. He has so much energy, so it’s always so hard for him to sit still and keep his hands to himself, but he’s been doing great these last three weeks. Also, some Vitamin B+ deficiencies might cause tics, so I started him on the Berry Garden Gummies Kids Multivitamin because it had Magnesium in it too with other vitamins he might be lacking. So fast forward to today, he’s now 5 and I’m happy to say that he’s pretty much tic free! I’ve been letting him eat a little dairy in his diet like if we go to a birthday he can have frosting on the cupcake and some chocolate and he might have little throat clearing, but definitely not noticeable to anyone who doesn’t realize he was a child with major tics! It’s been so amazing for us. I just wanted to post this in case I can help any other parents out there in this situation. :) On a side note, I know some people say they hate the smell of this, but I've heard that if you hate the smell of an oil it might be because your body needs it. I definitely got use to the Vetiver smell, which is strong and I don't mind it now.

Great oil
This has a really strong smell, that may not be the most pleasant...however, it works! My son has always struggled with focusing in school. He just couldn't get new things and would just get more and more frustrated. Since using this oil, he says that it's like he can see everything clearly and not foggy. That it helps him understand things easier.
