Magic: the Gathering - Avacyn Restored (AVR) Sealed Fat Pack

Great price and great cards! Makes a great gift for who is ever in to this game. All boxes where still sealed from factory.

I got this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and when he opened it, you could clearly tell it was messed with, opened and put back together..there was not one angel card and there was no foil rare either.. the only card that was worth anything was only $3.. was a complete disappointment and waste of money..

This product was for my son. It was a good size pack and had a special card he was looking for. It was good value for what we got.

I'm a casual player, so I can't comment on the competitiveness of this set. That being said, I really like this theme. The two preceding sets contain many zombie and demon creatures; this set contains the angel themes that counter those. There's an element of good vs evil story in this run of sets; it adds another element of fun to the technical aspects of the game. Fat packs are just great in general. 9 packs, 2 deck boxes, a neat 20-sided die, a book detailing every card in the set, and a storage box. I plan to get a Fat Pack from every set going forward.

The box itself came in dented. The contents that was damaged by this was the fat pack box and the poster. This maybe Amazon's packaging fault, but I didn't see any dents or marks on the packaging box itself. The Avacyn box was damaged once I opened it. The cards themselves are fine however. But I bought this for a flavorful box to hold my decks with and cards for an extra bonus, but I get one that's dented in instead. Overall, I'm fairly unsatisfied... But all the contents came in regardless, so I can't complain too much.

I have never seen anyone complain about fat packs, and not just because of all the extra stuff that comes in it. It's as if they chose the cards that go in it. I opened up a temporal mastery, a cavern of souls and an alchemist's refuge in this one. I was very satisfied with the outcome!

these cards are perfect to fit your leisure time, very good quality. I recommend anyone who has interesting to buy. never miss your expectation.

Box alone is why I bought it. $60 at the time of my purchase and found it incredible. Love the players guide edition and got some decent pulls from the boosters. The die is black and white with a yellowish/goldish tinge on it. If you are looking for a box to carry a few decks then this is a great buy being white and gold gives it a sleek look.
