I needed these bulbs for outdoor uplighting and opted to buy from AMAZON since the bulbs were so much more expensive at the big box stores. They came fast and they work GREAT! Nice and bright. I cannot comment on longevity but we are going on a few months with no issues or dimming at all. Thumbs up!

Short life...
Bought this set of 6. 2 of the bulbs had thicker than average prongs, which made their insertion a tad more difficult. 2 of the bulbs burned after two years of average use [previous bulbs lasted 9 and 7 years] 1 of the bulbs got dark and tarnished after 18 months, losing most of its brightness.

Very nice light for the price.
A very nice bulb, bright clean light without being too "white" or artificial looking, while adding some warmth to the area lit (unlike some LED lights), but without looking yellowish or dull. I like them a lot. I like these better than the original halogens that were in the fixture.

Flood light bulbs are an easy choice to order through Amazon
I have ordered these in the past and liked what I got - they are light bulbs, what can I say! This time, however, we had a broken lamp. They were not packaged very well. I would send the one back, however I would have to send all of them back and that would be a pain in the "you know what"!

These bulbs are so expensive everywhere else! The material used is different than the original bulbs I had but they fit and light up the area well. We will see how they last over time
