I use tape floss usually because most string floss breaks in my teeth or gets stuck and I can't get it out. I decided to try this because I'm tired of all the plastic! I want to find alternatives to all the trash we're putting in the landfill. The glass bottle is adorable. The box it comes in is also biodegradable and I put it straight into the compost! Yay! I've used the floss for a couple of nights now and because it's silk, it can break if you don't use it properly. The way I make sure it doesn't break on me is by moving along the string every couple of teeth so I'm not using the same spot on the floss. This makes it so you're way less likely to get a breakage. I have a number of teeth that are pretty tight, thus why I've used the tape floss for so long. I didn't have too much trouble with this on my tight teeth and the bonus is this floss gets way more out from between your teeth than the tape floss does! I'm very happy with this floss. All floss can break and fray if you're sawing away in the same spot with your teeth! Just vary the spot on the string as you floss and you'll be good. In addition, you'll have a cute little glass bottle that you can refill and no more plastic in the landfill!

I was originally looking to get a floss without PFAS/PFAS like materials, then read about the concern with microplastics so then decided to make a complete switch by going with the silk. But what surprised me is that this floss is MUCH more effective at cleaning my teeth compared to the more easy glide flosses. I love the glass dispenser. I do have two spots in my mouth where the floss will fray and occasionally tear, but that is something I’m willing to put up with. I actually am flossing more now because the flossing process is actually more pleasant. I like that I’m now throwing away plastic dispensers nor plastic floss. Very pleased.

I like the concept - all natural floss in a reusable glass container. Unfortunately, this didn't work for me. I have pretty tight teeth, and the floss wouldn't fit between without a lot of force. Getting it out from between teeth was worse - it would often break and leave pieces in between my teeth that I had to get out using a different type of floss. Needs to be thinner or more heavily waxed maybe.

I tried this because I wanted to ditch the plastic-based floss because of the warnings that micro particles get left inside your gums and generate inflammation and disrupt hormones. I like the texture, but I for 2 reasons I only gave it 4 stars. 1. It is not strong enough. Every day the piece of floss breaks between 2 teeth of mine that must be slightly tighter than the rest. Very annoying. 2. The amount of each item of floss is very small--I have been using it about a month and it's disappearing fast. They need to give us more. And of course, price is always an issue, I felt that for the quality and amount I received, the price was too high.

This floss is very thin and broke easily between my teeth. I never thought my teeth were especially close, and other flosses I have used did not break, but this one did. So disappointed. I really wanted to love it.

I really wanted to like this floss. I’ve been looking for a non-plastic floss for a long time and this seems great. However, for my teeth, it shreds and breaks very easily. I’m not able to floss all my teeth once without it breaking.

Creí que por ser un producto natural, iba a ser de baja calidad pero todo lo contrario. El contenedor es bonito y pequeño, permite llevarlo a todos lados. Y lo mejor es que se degrada con el tiempo.
