Wrights Baking Ciabatta Bread Mix 500 g (Pack of 10)

Our go to bread mix. Easy to use and consistent results. After trial and error I have settled on a sticker (wetter) than recommended dough with a good dose of olive oil. I know it is not an authentic Italian ciabatta but a on a dour Scottish evening it's pretty close!

These packages of Wrights Ciabatta flour are quite possibly the best variety they make. Whether using a bread machine or making by hand it is pretty much foolproof. Results are excellent. I alter the recipe slightly by adding just a little more bread yeast.

This is a class product that is easy to use and with very predictable results. I would recommend it to anyone wanting an original bread without all the hassle of home made Ciabatta . It is also competitively priced.

I used to buy these Ciabatta bread mixes some years ago. I haven’t been able to get them in supermarkets since I got the bread machine back out so bought here. I haven’t had a huge, light n fluffy loaf once yet! Two loaves per pack and they used to be gorgeous. I’ve tried lots of minor tweaks but I cannot get the same results now ☹️

Produced a great loaf, but also an excellent pizza base.

I make a lot of bread and this is so easy. If you make it by hand it’s great cos it doesn’t take long to make. Any one can do this
