if i am taking a hydrolyzed peptide collogen powder that has type 1 and iii should i take this also to get ii?

It is recommended to take those separately. So taking the one and three combination in the morning with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. Then taking the collagen two level at the evening: an hour before bed on an empty stomach with some vitamin C like orange juice or apple juice. It has been suggested, though not proven, that these work to help calm and allow a better sleep.
