The Beautiful Experience

Maxi single was in good condition, all I could ask for.

The beautiful experience is just that, this cd is a must for the Prince fan, One song but many different styles of it, the most beautiful girl in the world is a beautiful song. I loved all of the songs styles and I listen to it many times in one sitting. Prince was a master of his talent he could take this one song and turn it into many creations. Prince truly was one of a kind, he said it best " there will never be another like me ". I just wonder does he have five different versions of each song in his whole catalog stored away in his vaults ? If so we are in for a treat !

All the songs are a form of "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World", arranged in a variety of beats - funky, jazz, pop, etc. Well worth the price if you like the song and if you're a real Prince admirer. This album is a testament to his wide-range vocally and musically. Well worth the price for track #1 (Beautiful) alone. So wish radio stations would play ALL his music and not just the same 3-4 well-worn songs he fought so hard to get the Masters too. Track #5 is a beautiful jazz version. Bitter sweet to hear this new music. RIP Prince.

Since I still had a boom box with a tape deck, I thought, why not? The CD version is available only as used and the prices are extremely steep. The Beautiful Experience features several versions of Prince's "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World" ranging from jazz to remixes to flute to the version we all know. Prince speaks on many of the tracks in instrumental voice overs, all the more precious now that he is gone, and he sings all the vocals in every octave, every range, solo and layered. If you love Prince or if you love the song, the Beautiful Experience is a must. I'm glad I bought it; I love it.

"The Most Beautiful Girl in The World" is such a beautiful song. I had The Beautiful Experience back in the day on cassette and I never got around to purchasing it on CD. But once Prince died (and part of my heart died along with him), I immediately made this purchase. My favorite version of this song is the Mustang Mix. RIP Prince Rogers Nelson...

Having bought the CD album "New Power Generation"in 1990, I was impressed with the various versions of the song "New Power Generation". The song is from the album, "Graffiti Bridge". I had high expectation for this CD, so I'm very disappointed with this Prince's offering. Versions of "The Most Beautiful Girl In The World" are not exciting, except the last one, they are weak & uninspiring. Prince is generally regarded as the one of the best musician around & known for his prolific writing and versatility, but in this release none of these show. Sadly that the album could have been improved/bolstered by simply adding (1) the single version and (2) the album version of "The Most Beautiful Girl In The World". I didn't experience any beautiful experience listening to this album except for the closing version, which was great!

Years ago I had this cd, lost it and bought it again just recently. Prince is a my musical go to in most instances along with a few other brilliant artists like Teena Marie, Maria Carey and Janet Jackson. This cd is seven different versions of The Most Beautiful Girl In The World and is very well done. Prince was stepping out on his own during his contract dispute with Warner Bros. The Flutestramental is my personal fave followed by Staxowax.

You obviously need to lov this track so once decided that you do then this is pure heaven. Listening to it in different modes is uplifting but the last track for me is the ultimate one. Bliss can listen to it over n over

This CD is a hard one to find but when you do it is well worth the search and the price. This is the most reasonable price for this CD that I found and I jumped at the chance to own a copy. This CD is fantastic.
