Is the price for a 6 pack and each pace covers 10sf with a total of 60sf for 29.99?

Each piece covers ONE sq ft. So each package covers SIX sq ft. Translates to a 2 ft by 3 ft area.

How many packs must I purchase to cover 245 SF?

25 packs (10 sqft per pack) I think I put 8 on Amazon but we have 250 Sqft. It would be a mix of new and used and we would drop the price to $2/sqft. About 50/50 new and used. We got them last summer and are in fine condition.

Can you put this on dirt or does there need to be foundation?

it needs a flat solid foundation or the connectors will keep coming apart.

Can use screws to anchor tiles on a wood deck?

I don't see why you couldn't glue them or screw them down to a wood deck
