This really helps with my neck pain and stiffness. Last year I saw a chriopractor for all the pain, stiffness, migraines and numbers I was experiencing. X-rays found my neck is bent about 45 degrees in the opposite direction it's supposed to be and a small hip fracture that never healed properly. I also work on computers a lot so needless to say I got problems and with no health insurance and busy lifestyle I need to be able to keep up. This device does help, I get pinching pains in my neck and shoulders and this has helped in the short time that I use it. I use it 2-3x a day for 5-10mins. It's uncomfortable while in use but feels much better later on your neck. It's a great drug-free way to try to keep your neck right and supplement other therapy. Basically I bought this because the pain was getting almost unbearable and now it's there but I can function better. I plan to use long-term.

Used this about 5 times. also used the "Posture Pump Dual Extractor" The Posture neck only has one bladder/Posture pump has 2 bladders. The Posture neck does not distract the vertabrae like the Posture Pump does The snaps on the chin strap dont hold and the chin/Head strap don't fit well Also, the Posture Neck pump failed after 5 uses, it is not made as well as Posture Pump Dual Extractor - I returned it.and got a credit

The Wife Here: I got this neck posture pump because my dentist asked me to. He told me to try to do it for 15 minutes each night with my jaw orthotic in to help with my neck pain and headaches. He asked me to start with a couple of pumps for a few minutes and build upon it. Do NOT try seven minutes the first time, like I did, because you will get dizzy, light headed, and have a whopper of a headache for a bit after you do it. Does the posture pump work? I believe that it helps me to work more on my posture throughout the day and alleviates some pain if I do it regularly. If I miss a couple of days I cannot just go back to doing fifteen minutes. I need to use it more regularly and then it'll be fine. Does the pump squeeze part work? Yes, even after a month of almost nightly use. Does it feel like it is losing air at times? It only does if I catch the tubing under the light blue plastic part of the pump where it isn't supposed to go. It is like brushing your teeth. You don't think that just brushing them once before you go to the dentist will work right? It has to be a regular routine that you use. The same goes for this posture pump. If you use it regularly it will help you.

I waited for a month to leave a review on this posture corrector. I had been wanting a posture pump but couldn’t really afford it, so I decided to try this one & just see if I’d have any results. Well….it works perfectly & just as well as the posture pump that costs over $300. I see a corrective chiropractor weekly & had X-rays done the week after starting this posture pump, I will have new X-rays done in September to see how things are looking in my neck. I currently am at a 74% loss of my neck curve. I know that I can feel a difference already for sure! So I’m excited to see the progress later this year. If you’re on the fence about trying this, just go for it! I’m glad I did.

I've suffered from neck issues for 30 years due to injury. It "locks up" and is extremely painful. A chiropractor in Destin FL recommended a Neck Pump. Their office sold a product for $200. After searching Amazon, we chose this item. We have been VERY happy with the performance. The strap has a chin and forehead strap, the pump works well. Most importantly, it has kept my neck moving freely. I haven't been to the chiropractor for neck issues since I've purchased this item 3 months ago. When I complete a 10 minute session, I feel "taller". The neck is stretched free of pain. It works and is a good value compared to other options.
