They work and don't taste yucky
I discovered these after getting ill on a trip to Europe. I usually can't stand the taste of cough drops, but these are fine. They also stopped my cough immediately. The only cough drop I use.

Best lozenges for sore and tender throats
These are THE best for coating sore throat. Not just for colds but if you have speaking engagements these help your throat.

Reddit Brainwashed Me
I'm 45 and never knew these existed until this year. 4 or 5 months ago there was a reddit post claiming "my roommate" left a some sort of glorious broken English letter to their flatmate who had to suddenly split back to their home country. As a postscript to this letter, they left their unfinished pack of Stepsils, with their highest recommendation. I hate when I fall for that sort of thing but I'm 4 orders in and won't stop. The best part is, not only do they come from different countries, but continents. Australia, Turkey and Italy!!

Taste great but not a standout for me.
A friend from Canada strongly recommended these, and while they taste great, I didn't find them any more effective for my sore throat than other cough drops I've tried. Good flavor, but not a standout for me.

Works As Advertised, But Try Others Too
Does what it's supposed to, but I highly recommend flurbiprofen or ketoprofen, if you can find them. They're OTC in Europe at least.
