If I select the “screwdriver kit” will this come with a battery/charger/carrying red bag like it shows in the picture??

Please submit your question to the seller as I would have no idea what all the kit contains. As for the 2401 driver itself, I really like it for light work around the house....putting up blinds, electrical work, etc. This is not a lug nut remover but a fine, small driver. Plenty of power to drive screws and drilling into wood.

Mine has an electrical flash inside the motor when I press the trigger.is this normal?

Yes its a brushed motor. The brushes on the motor make contact with the metal inside to supply electricity. Its normal its the way brushed motors work

Does this come with 1.5ah or 2ah batteries?

The kit comes with two M12 1.5 amp batteries according to the Milwaukee website but Amazon says it doesn't. I would not buy the kit until the vendor clarifies. I would get the M12 Fuel Impact Driver instead. Usually go for $99

Can the battery charger be used on 230 volt ac power supply?

No, I have one, and it is only for 110volt-60 hz-AC power.
