I've been taking vitamins most of my life and have tried a number of different ones. I just recently switched to this particular product because of the value for the money. This vitamin is potent, and has dramatically improved my wellbeing. I generally do not get enough nutrition through my food consumption so I typically augment my diet with supplements. In less than a week after I switched to this product I began feeling improvements in everything from my energy levels, to my mental focus and sexual performance. I ended up going on a road trip soon after switching and found that even after hours and hours of driving I felt noticeably great and I knew it was because of this product. The downside is these smell and taste absolutely awful. But I found ways to not notice it as much, like downing them with flavored water, milk, or protein shakes. Its not as bad if you take it with something that can conceal the taste. Having taken vitamins most of my life, I would contribute them to the reason I have never had any health issues (knock on wood), and i'm close to 40. I am a firm believer that multi-vitamins are good for folks who are missing nutrients in their diet, and these are among the best value for the money.

I had great experience with them last year but I ran out but I ran out one day and never reordered. They seem to help with my overall health. My body used to like them. As for the smell, well I have to say some people are just too sensitive to smell and taste. This is a form of medication and so its not gonna taste like candy. I have taken pills that are far worse than these. Maybe take it with milk or juice. One thing I can say they are a bit too pricey at the local GNC store. I also think they should increase the content to 90 pills in a bottle even if they have to raise the price up a little. Fortunately Amazon is cheaper and way more convenient to shop. But yes for a guy like me that lacks a well balanced diet these are a God send.

It’s a multivitamin and it’s average. I take it and I’m 58 years old. Having said that it is average in my opinion they all are.

I used these when I was out of my regular vitamin and found them to be just as good.

They have a smell. Like hamster food? Anyway, despite that. They don't upset my stomach. And the flavor isn't bad. Once you get used to it...

I can't really comment on the efficacy of these multivitamins as I've only just started taking them. However, I really need to reduce 2 stars due to the smell. These SMELL horrible and it's so bad that the smell is even leaking through and stinking up my medicine cabinet. Also, the taste is a little off-putting but it's not a big deal as I can swallow it right away.

Good product so far, been using it for a month now.
