Good product, great customer service
Bought this as an additional charger for my Lenovo laptop. The charger started giving problems after a month (way past my return window), but the customer service from the vendor was excellent and they shipped a replacement charger immediately. I have multiple chargers (dual use for my laptop and phone since it is USB-C), but this one is the best since it attaches at an angle and doesnt bend the cable at the connection - Highly recommended Note that even though this is 45W, it is adequate to power any laptop or phone. As a bonus, being a PD charger, it can charge my MotoZ phone from empty to full in under an hour

A perfect replacement for Chromebook cord
Chromebook cord suddenly stopped charging! Needed a quick replacement as my granddaughter uses her chromebook on a daily basis even though the chromebook holds a charge for several days the battery had gone dead - sadly. Amazon sent this in a couple of days we were up and running - the cord is just as fast charging as the original. Very happy. Great price.

It Works Just Like You'd Hope!
It charges my HP Spectre just like the original one. I've had it for about 2 months and it's been just fine. The HP Support Assistant does pop-up a message recommending to use the charger that came with the computer, but you can turn that off. Who cares who's charger you use if it charges the same? This product is worth the cost savings.

No longer functions after only 77 days
This 45watt power adapter for Acer chromebook functioned fine for about 77 days, and then simply stopped working. Something inside the block itself seems to have malfunctioned, and zero power is leaving the block to the computer. We tested the wall-end of the cord and it works fine. I like how the power block cord from block to USB-C end has a 90-degree strain relief boot design to prevent cable breakage. Unfortunately there is a quality control issue with the electronics inside the power adapter’s block, and mine no longer functions.

Didn’t last
It was an awesome fit at first. Quickly realized that it comes in two piece that can come undone. You think its charging bit it comes unconnected in middle. It last 21/2 months before it broke.

Think twice before buying!
This charger gets hot quickly. It didn't work in my charger port however it did work in the other port on my laptop. It stopped working just recently. I only had it for 4 months. I'm disappointed and now. Have to buy a new charger.

HP Spectre x360 convertible - not ideal
While this power supply certainly works to charge the laptop, it does not produce enough watts to maintain the laptop while running at full power. Besides the warning I get from the OS that I am not using a genuine HP power supply, I also had my laptop stop recognizing the power supply. I had to power cycle the laptop in order for the power supply to be recognized and start charging again. Over all the quality of the power supply is good but may not be enough watts to support my laptop. I purchased another power supply (65 Watts) now I have no issues.
