I was surprised they were as good as they were, worked perfectly for some small coolant lines on my car.

Who comes up with these names? Rustark, Co-Rode (another favorite). Well whatever. These hose clamps are springy and hold tight like they're supposed to. A useful set to have when working on something like a Honda Valkyrie motorcycle with its six carburetors and myriad of small hoses. I'll probably never use most of them, but having a set like this means I'll always have the size I need. Well worth it.

Review is for Rustark 55Pcs Spring Band kit. I love the assortment of sizes here. I've always been able to find a clamp to replace one on my motorcycle when I need it and the ones I've put in place are holding better than the ones they replaced. So that's great! The only small downside is that these are not actual spring steel and whatever the heat treat is on these, allows them to permanently distort if you squeeze them OPEN too far. So be careful to select the correct size and don't over-expand a small one to try and make it fit a larger hose (my bad!) and all will be fine. I live in a pretty dry climate so I can't really comment on quality of the plating or weather resistance. But they meet my needs so far.

I needed these to prevent leaks on a little sous vide pump I bought for my DIY sous vide machine. While I didn't want to buy an entire assortment just to get two clamps, I have since had other uses for these clamps. For instance, I just used four this afternoon to join two pieces of RG-6 cable into a handle for a 1970s cooler that I still use. I am extremely happy with the quality, and find the range of sizes fills in the gaps in what ACE Hardware and other similar places fail to stock. It just isn't easy to find these small clamps in local stores.
