Self-Supporting Cone 04 Pyrometric Cones for Monitoring Ceramic Kiln Firings (Pkg/25)

Any ceramic veteran will tell you that these are the only cones out there and they very well may. They help me get a heat work measure that allows for glaze testing and creating. I have been fortunate to have a lot of great results and these cones are part of that

Just what I needed. Now to find 05 cones.

Work great. I gave 4 stars because despite the well padded box, I somehow still had a broken cone. Thankfully it was only one. They really do try to make it secure.

I was worried the would come broken up, but it was packaged real good. Everything looked good and it worked as it should in my kiln.

My bisque firings are perfect with these witness cones.

I really like using the self-supporting cones when firing my kiln. They are very convenient to use. I always forget to make a cone pack with traditional cones so the self-supporting cones come in handy at the last minute. I feel they are very reliable when it comes to measuring the temperature inside a kiln when firing.

I always use these cones when I bisque fire my kiln.
