When purchasing an item through Amazon, I am always seeking the best item to fit my needs; to hope the item is built with quality to continue to operate as I hoped; and, a customer support that timely addresses any issues I might encounter. I am in my seventies and my eyes need some assistance from time to time as I work on projects. I have had other head-mounted devices over the last several years that were not exactly what I needed. I realized that I needed better lighting in addition to magnification, and I also recognized that I needed, from time to time, additional magnification for a quick issue and then go back to lower magnification to finish the project. The Headband Magnifying Glass with light met these needs and I was very pleased. However, it had a malfunction within days for purchase. Because I like the solution the system provided, I really did not want to waste time sending it back to Amazon and ordering another system, I used the Amazon ability to “Leave Seller feedback” option. Within hours, I had a response from the seller that offered me a solution which would solve the problem and get me back to full functionality. I accepted their offer and they sent me a solution within a couple of days. I am back and up and fully utilizing the system. I am giving this five stars because it met all my criteria for a perfect purchase. The product met my needs and while it prematurely broke, the seller immediately offered a solution so solve the issue. Things sometime break, however having no hassle to solve the issue really deserves five stars.

As there were no reviews yet, I buzzed this several times before I bought. I'm glad I did as it is well made and does what it is supposed to. I would have given 5 stars except for this recurring issue with the imports. YOU better be able to figure stuff out for yourself as the manual is next to worthless as usual. These companies really can't afford to pay a native English speaking person to straighten out the instructions? Real tired of the nonsensical Chinese beating of the English language. If I were selling in China, bet your a** I'd have a native Chinese technical writer writing all instructions.

It's not that well constructed, panels don't align, the plastic used is lower quality. One lens is fixed in place on the right and can't be moved. Lenses aren't fantastic quality, and neither is the clasp mechanism that holds the lenses in place. The "Focus" mechanism is also somewhat dubious, I imagine it will need replacement after less time than would be ideal for the price. The Light and battery enclosure was a bit out of shape on arrival.

Product arrived on time. There are 3 LED's in the head piece. Only 2 of them work properly. Amazon should do a better job screening the products they sell. I would recommend you spend more money and get a higher quality item.

I bought these to use when I make my vaping coils. The ability to use 2 magnifying glasses at once or flip 1 away to use at a lower magnification is great. The Led light is bright and adjustable.

What I liked the most about this product is the weight and the padded headband. When I have to sew small details on my grand-daughter's gown, as I did this past week I worked for hours hand sewing the hem of the gown and I was not tired of wearing the headband. Last week end I used it to work on a key-chain project with my other grandchildren. It's so easy to adjust the headband without taking it off. I have purchased two others and I'm glad I paid a little extra for this one. It is worth the money. The only drawback is the weight of the batteries, since it takes three AA batteries. I find it O.K. with the battery pack but without it, it is super.

I customize electric guitars for a hobby. Some of the work requires an ability to view small objects. The LED light makes viewing objects so much easier than using a lighted magnifying glass. You have both hands free to hold onto items. I’ve used the visor on a couple of guitar pickup installations and it has made that job easier for me. The ability to see the solder joint better makes my work neater and ensures me the joint was properly made. Adjustability of the headband is good and adjustments are easy to make. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the overall weight of the visor. It took me awhile to get used to the weight of the visor.
