Perfect fit!
This is a perfect fit for our 10x12 Allen & Roth gazebo! It was super quick and easy to put on, and looks great. Itโs also very affordably priced, especially compared to competitors ($189?! ) . Definitely worth the money.

Tight fit
So far, we are very happy with this awning replacement. But one things to note, we have two of the gazebo frames. One is the older version and this gazebo top fits perfect. The second is the newer frame and the gazebo top is incredibly tight to get on the main frame. The decorative Point cover is large and floppy, It does fit, but be prepared It will be a tight install. We bought both of our frames used and bought replacement awnings they look great and work well but are definitely a two person install with the tightness.

Buy this for your Allan and Roth today
Better than the original. This thing has withstood two massive rain and wind storms without a hitch. I'm with the other guy's review, If this thing lasts two seasons I've already won!! It would take me 12+ seasons to equal what I would have paid for a wooden gazebo. Be like the Backstreet Boys and " Buy Buy Buy!!"

Fits tight like original but no ties/velcro at mid point of skirt material
Direct replacement for the previous "ripstop" one that lasted 2 seasons in North East. This is good quality but it very tight to get on to the gazebo but did come with the hook tool to make fitting the last pole "Easier". The color is as the original. The topper piece seems to fit looser than the original and other replacements Ive had but hasn't posed a problem. Each corner has Velcro fasteners to wrap the skirt around the poles and as mentioned fit tight. The one thing I did notice that differs is that halfway on each four sides the original and other replacements have ties or Velcro fasteners sewn into them to stop the side skirt from flapping in the breeze/wind. This does not have these ties or Velcro fasteners, and the sides do tend to flap in the breeze, it hasn't caused a problem so for but imagine with constant flapping damage might result, so that's the one star deduction. Otherwise its a good value for money cover that I expect will last 2 seasons again...at most

Terrible Customer Service
I have had my Allen and Roth Gazebo for 8 years now and I love it. I do need to replace the top every two years. I actually got a third year on my last top (not from this company). I ordered a top last May from this company as a back up because I didn't think the 3rd year one would make it the whole summer. It almost did, it finally ripped at the end of summer. I kept the back up top for this year. When we got it out this spring we could not get the fourth corner on. We have tried everything and hoped it would stretch out but it didn't. We have tried multiple times to get it on and it is about 5 or 6 inches too short. I have ordered the same model number every time and have never had a problem with getting it on. It always fits perfectly. Again, not from this company. I ordered from this company because I liked the idea of the ripstop fabric. I contacted the company and they had me send my invoice, then pictures of the problem, then pictures of the labels on the box. They jerked me around and in the end said my warranty is over, would I like to order another top? Mind you, you can't even see what the warranty is. I am not happy that they sold me a defective product and didn't stand behind it. I ended up ordering from the other company that I have in the past. It is not ripstop fabric but it still lasts two years and it fit every time. So, I am out $107.00. Not happy. As a side note, the fabric is very heavy and seems nice, but there are some small holes near the seams that might become an issue. Also, two of the sides won't go on either. We tried a third side and it was going to tear, so we gave up. I do not recommend this product. Update: They refuse to replace the top or refund my money. They said it is out of warranty even though it was in the original packaging when I took it out this spring. They also asked me if I would pay $50 to purchase a new top. Wow, I changed the stars to 1 and I wish I could give them a negative star.

Pretty Nice. Here are the instructions they should have included!
I ordered this replacement top in the winter so I would be sure I would have it for the summer season. We finally stopped having unexpectedly torrential rain, so I was able to install the top on the day of the summer solstice. This is an unexpectedly nice item. It unfortunately comes with zero instructions. There are two parts to this; the main canopy and a smaller, skirted top to cover the vent hole in the canopy. They included a tool that made installation a lot easier once I figured out what the heck it was for. There is a strap sewed to one corner of both pieces. Here are the instructions that they should have included: The wide side has a "14" marker sewed to it, if you can't tell by eyeballing it. Assemble the small vent cover while safely on the ground. There is a sewn strap at one corner to help pull the last corner over the end of the frame. I didn't need to use it here, but that is what it is for. Note that there are ties at the corners of the fringed screening material. Drape the large canopy over the gazebo's top frame, with the supports for the vent cover protruding through the opening. Spread out the canopy on one side, and slip the two corners over the ends of the frame. Pass the assembled top frame through the open frame of the gazebo to get it on top. Snap each support into it's matching socket. Loosely tie the strings at the end of vent cover to the matching strings on the main canopy. (This is the part I figured out after I assembled the whole thing, but didn't figure it was important enough to disassemble and start over again.) Finish spreading the canopy out and slip the third corner over the end of the frame. The last corner to be attached must be the one with the loop sewn onto the top of it. It takes quite a bit of pulling to stretch the material enough to pull the last corner over the frame, and that is what the included tool is for. Use the tool through the loop to pull the fabric to the corner while you use your other hand (or preferably a second person) to work the corner pocket over the frame. After that it is accomplished it is easy enough to slip the mid-way fabric pockets over their respective frame tips, and the Velcro fabric connections are self evident. Remember to save the tool where you can find it; I needed to replace my old top because it tore at the corner when I tried to remove it last autumn. Having that tool will hopefully make removal a safer process. Good luck!

Not en exact replacement but close enough
As other have mentioned, this is an extremely tight fit. It started tearing at the seam on the last side pocket as i installed it. They included a little PULLER type tool which is utterly useless as the amount of tension on the single provides loop would instantly rip the lousy stitching. The top netting is a joke compared to the original which used velcro to connect the very top vent piece and the canopy top. This includes extra lengths of netting material you're supposed to tie to the provided netting swatch sewn onto the canopy. This is just utterly sad and ends up looking like crap compared to the original. It's like a generic knock off using subpar construction and materials. I do however expect it to last at least a full summer in direct sunlight from sun up to sun down but highly doubt it'll withstand 15mph winds. The top also goes way higher so the vent hole area offers no visibility out the little slits where the netting is. Ultimately this was purchased as it came with a year warranty which i'm sure I'll be utilizing when, not if, it rips or fails, as well as being next day delivery via amazon prime. I will most likely use this as a pattern and buy some sunbrella material to fabricate a new top with custom vent slits throughout to allow the wind to pass through as I've replaced the top several times already due to winds tearing the seams apart after the sun has dried it out. Worth $79 if you're only looking for a temporary replacement otherwise get the ripstop one for $152 on amazon

Love it!
Been purchasing replacement for the last 8 years. In Florida weather canopy does last until either a hurricane rips it apart or the sun bakes it dryโฆ. Been averaging about a 2-3 year life span . I extend the life by putting a sealant over it for sun protection. For the price not badโฆ.

Garbage product!
Didnt fit well. Too much material in places allowing for water pooling. No gromets for water run off which ended in my gazebo collapsing. Poor quality. Now im out more than$1200 cause i need to replace the whole gazebo. GARBAGE PRODUCT!!!!

This Gazebo Replacement top is wonderful
I love the navy/brown colour of the replacement top. Previously was only able to purchase a beige top through Lowes. It was a little difficult to put on, however, you want the top to be snug, so once the last loop was positioned on the frame the top fit beautifully. This replacement top was priced very well.

Fits well but only lasted 2 Canadian seasons.
Bought in 2023, only lasted two Canadian seasons. Itโs completely sun worn, the material is brittle and has ripped very easy. Also a white powder coming off of it. Was expecting a few years since the season is so short in Northern Ontario but here we are - buying another replacement.
