I bought this as a gag gift for my husband's stocking and I didn't realize how much it would amuse him, lol. It has become his favorite pen that he will not let anyone else touch. Very amusing and a true classic.

These are fun retro party favors for bridal showers and bachelor parties. They make men ones, too. They're unique, so I guess that's why they're kind of expensive. But nobody ever loses them.

Pens like this have always been synonymous distinguished and accomplished men. It's a well-known fact that the entire old testament was penned with an implement not unlike the one that is no more than a click away from be a heirloom that your family will treasure for generations. Hemingway credited his profound brilliance in authoring "The Old Man and The Sea" to the inspiration this pen gave him upon holding it. Don't over-think it, this pen is what separates the men who write history and the men who become forgotten by history.

Back in the 70's I had pen's that was like this so I ordered one thinking that they were made the same but was I ever wrong. When I got it in the mail I opened it right away and was I ever disappointed. Cheap thin plastic and looking at it closer I notice a hair line crack at the pen opening about sixteenth of a inch. When I pushed the button down the pen end only came out halfway so when you write with it you have to hold the pen almost straight up to get it to work. The one I had years ago was made with metal not this cheap thin plastic. So I wasted 5.99 on this purchase. So my advise is don't waste your money on this junk dealer..

Good strip pen. Some reviewers don't like it and some alright. I remember these pen sold behind the counter on liquor stores back in the day due to mostly little kids staring at it and customers willing to steal without paying. Good pen, not perfect.

I got super lucky with this pen. They sent me the color I was hoping for (blue), a front facing girl, and a brunette. The picture is really clear and the pen writes. It is more solid than I was expecting and a pretty good pen in general. I'm very pleased and my husband loved it! The clothes will not stay on the girl if the pen is clicked like some other pens I read about. On the flip side, if you turn the pen upside down and then set it down the clothes will stay off. I bought this as a gift for a male friend so was disappointed that I could not choose the colour of the pen. The main picture showed a black one and that is the one I wanted, not the red one that I received. Also disappointed that the colour of the ink was blue when most are black these days.
