trying this design out (with updates)
so far the concept is good. i'll be trying these out for a while and update the review and the stars as necessary. The website information is inaccurate. it's states hard and soft silicone, it's not. it is hard plastic or silicone. does it stop snoring 😴 no of course not. when you get older your throat just collapses with gravity when you lay on your back. you need to learn to sleep on your side. I didn't get these for snoring. I got them because my nasal passages get restricted and it's hard to breathe through my nose when I sleep. let's see how comfortable these are and how well we work. First update: the silicon version works surprisingly well. I was also surprised that I did not need a large size like I did in other brands, but the medium size was just right and didn't fall out at night. Haven't tried the hard plastic yet, but it seems rather uncomfortable. You do have to tuck them in properly or they tend to want to slide outward. Works for me so far.

My family love it, & I think it's pretty good, but it's not a cure-all.
Works REALLY WELL, BUUUUUUUT 1. Make sure you find the RIGHT FIT (the nose should not be extremely pinched, Silicone helps relieve it by being softer, but possibly go a size bigger if neccessary.) 2. SHAVE YOUR NOSE HAIRS IF YOU USE THIS I gave myself a nose ache, and accidental nose hair bleeding when I woke up the next morning when switching to the silicone.. I woke up with my nose sore wondering why, and then realized the silicone was pulling my hairs as it entered/pushed into my nose. The product came with 8 pieces (4 sizes for 2 editions; plastic 'cone' shaped & silicone) The plastic can be a bit harsh on sensitive noses for it doesn't really bend much The silicone feels in the hand like it would lose it's shape, but IRL it holds your nose open pretty well My little brother (12) uses the Small plastic "cone" and says it helps him and doesn't hurt his nose and he's sick as of rn, and it's helping open his nose well at nights My sister (24) uses the Medium silicone and says it helps a lot Me (23) I used the Medium plastic "cone", then switched used the Large Silicone for it feels SUPER smooth on. It just feels weird on entry for the silicone has good grip that my nose feels sensitive when friction is applied at first.. then it's fine If your nose is sensitive, try "twisting" the silicone in your nose, and NOT shoving it in directly. It reduces the awkward friction feeling a bit. Everyone, including me have stated it helps very much. Nobody's complained yet. I been using it half a week now, doing good so far. Fun fact: Everyone's had this weird sense of "difference" when we first applied this item. Everyone noted that you notice an EXTREME openess of your nose that you've never had this much air before, it feels weird. Make sure to keep it clean as well. NOTE: THIS WILL NOT OPEN NOSES 100% of the time If YOU got something in that nose, that's something YOU gotta clear manually to then feel the difference this item allows. This can help stuffy noses, but not gold mines.

$10 MIRACLE
After meeting with my ENT to discuss how to improve airflow when breathing in from my nose, he offered two options: surgery to reposition cartilage to support my nasal valves better, or: Nasal vents. $10. I said, “$10 sounds like a great place to start.” I ordered these the same day and I have been using them DURING THE DAYTIME ever since. Most people use them at night, but I use a CPAP at night. I needed a daytime solution. Yes, I look kinda ridiculous. I tell people I have robot nostrils now. I do not care because THEY WORK AND I CAN BREATHE AGAIN. For the first time in 20 years, I have sufficient oxygen going to my brain again while awake, without having to breathe from my mouth. I am using the largest silicon inserts included in the kit. I’ve been using them for about a week now. I don’t know how I didn’t know about these earlier. Some things you should know: my nose runs more than it did before using them. In other words, when I use them, my nose runs more than when I don’t. It’s easy enough to remove the inserts, blow my nose, clean the inserts, and put them back in. Not a problem. In fact, I think it’s just my nose getting used to them. I’ve had them in for 3 hours today without a drop of snot.

GAME CHANGER- Highly recommend!!!
This item is such a game changer that I could actually cry!!!!. I have a deviated septum and I'm terrified of the surgery (the whole packing my nose and not being able to breathe makes my skin crawl off my skeleton). My right nostril is the problem, so when I lay on my left side to try to sleep, my right nostril starts to collapse and I can't breathe unless I hold it open with my thumb and my hand across my face. This has been going on for YEARS, but only recently has it gotten worse to the point of seeing an ENT. The Breathe Right strips aren't strong enough to keep my nose open and I've said it forever "what if there was a hard tube I can just stick inside my nostril to keep it from collapsing". YOU GUYS- THIS IS FINALLY THAT THING!!!! I got this multi pack. The soft silicone ones will be useless to me, not strong enough, so the hard ones are what i needed. Glad i bought the pack with varying aizes to test which one fits the best. Size medium for me. You can feel it, its not like you put it in and forget its there, but is isnt UNcomfortable. Especially having a deviation you can definitely feel it- it's a snug fit, but in my mind, that's what its supposed to do, and HOLY MOLY DOES IT WORK. I'm testing it out laying on my left side as I write this review and not once have I needed to mess with my nose to open my nostril to breathe. Effectiveness 10/10. Usability 10/10. Value 10/10. For less than $10 I can finally breathe WITHOUT needing to do the surgery or holding my nose uncomfortably open. Knowing what I know now, even if this product was double the price, I'd buy it on repeat forever!!!

Breathe Easy, Sleep Easy
Alright, listen up fellow sleep strugglers! I stumbled upon this nasal dilator thingy, the Premium Nose Relief Nasal Dilator, and it's lowkey changing my life. I've battled with nasal congestion forever, ruining my precious sleep. So, when I saw this pack with eight different sizes, I thought, "Why not give it a shot?" It's like a nose wardrobe - find your fit and slay the night. Let's talk comfort. These doodads are basically weightless. It's like they're not even there. No annoying shifts or pokes - just pure, uninterrupted ZZZs. Simple to use, too. No need for a degree in gadgetry; you just pick a size, pop 'em in, and voila! No more nasal traffic jams. And guess what? No funky smells! I'm not into sleeping with a bouquet under my nose, and these dilators get that. They're odorless, just doing their job without making a big stink about it. Since these little lifesavers entered my nightly routine, the snoring's down, and my sleep game is up. I wake up feeling like a champ, not a zombie. It's like my nose found its soulmate, and together, they're giving me the best sleep of my life. So, if you're in the same sleep-deprived boat, grab yourself some Premium Nose Relief Nasal Dilators. Your nose will thank you, and so will your snooze button. Sweet dreams, my fellow sleep warriors! 🌙✨

These hurt.
These kind of worked at first, they were tolerable, the small ones are too small to fit the gap between my nostrils and the ones that can hurt like hell. Very uncomfortable. Nozovent has been the most effective nasal dilator I’ve used so far but it’s also the most ridiculous looking one as well.

Spring looking ones are hard plastic!
Bought this kit of 8 different sizes to find out what I needed. Was shocked that 4 of the 8 are hard plastic. The solid tube version is silicon, but the vented/spring looking ones are hard plastic. The medium ones fit, but the silicon versions collapse and block my nose. Hard plastic ones work better than I thought. Will take a while to get used to though I bet. Taking them out in the morning is fun. I would suggest a couple sets of them, once you figure out your size.

Easy to use but also easy to lose!
Been using these for 2 years whenever I have trouble sleeping especially during seasonal allergies and whenever I get sick and it helps a lot with oxygen flow giving me a good quality sleep since I'm mostly a side/back sleeper. It's a little uncomfortable at first but I've gotten use to it throughout multiple usage. Depending on how sensitive your cartilage are, it can cause a runny, itchy, and maybe even a nose bleed so use it with Caution! Lost it quite a few times in the middle of my sleep due to the small size of it but managed to find it for the most part. It can get pretty crusty from time to time so I recommend giving it a quick clean up with some hot water and mild soap after usage and put it back in the plastic case. Overall, the price is very cheap and budget friendly compare to other name brands like Mute, Airmax or Zsleep BUT also delivers on good quality sleep.

endlich gut schlafen

For the price, absolutely worth the try
I use nasal strips to help breath at night, however they costs 25 AED for a box of 10, of which at least 3 generally go wasted because they dont stick. I tried this devices, the hard cones did not solve my problem, while the silicon tubes workes quite fine. I use the largest one and they fit well. After insertion I do not have any discomfort. Only the first 2 times I had to pull them out during night, but then I had no problems and they stay in place. The silicon is good quality. No odor at all, good moulding, washable. They help a lot, i see it because i wake up with better freshness of mind. Not every nose will be a perfect fit, but for the price give it a try!

Useless
Complete waste of time. All sizes fit poorly and are the material feels very low quality and is extremely uncomfortable. Don’t waste money on this.
