Do these leave indentations marks on the top of clothes ?

The rubber grip holds the item well and doesn't leave a mark

Does anybody hang wet blue jeans up to dry with these?

I don't, but I'm not sure if they would be sturdy enough to hang wet blue jeans. I'm not sure if the clips are strong enough. They do hold my dry jeans just fine, though.

Are these hangers big enough to fit womens plus size skirts a 3X?

I believe so. I have some older clothing that is a size 2X and I am able to fit them on the hanger. Of course, the clips will be stretched to the max but I am sure you understand.
