I bought these for flat feet, but did not realize they were for more arch support (inside of foot). I guess most people with flat feet need that kind of support. My flat feet have caused me to walk on the outside of my feet, mainly my left foot. After buying these I asked Profoot if they were good for supination. They said that these were made for pronation, not for supination but they would not harm supination. When I got them I accidentally put them in backwards and wore them for a couple weeks. The left one was in the right foot and the right one was in the left foot. They felt great. Then I noticed when putting in some supination insole supports that I had them in the wrong foot. Apparently the arch support meant for the inside of the foot actually helped the lack of support on the outside of my foot, keeping me from leaning to the outside when I walked. I am not recommending them for what they did for me but just offer my experience with them. I can commend Profoot on the heel design. The insole fits around the heel great and gives wonderful cushion to the heel.

Inserted in my walking shoes and outside / lawn / yard shoes and I have less back pain and discomfort. Definitely worth it and is extending the life of my shoes as well in terms of replacing them for newer ones with fresh padding / support in them.

I play basketball a lot and never knew I had flat feet until it was pointed out to me by a doctor and took some feet tests. After buying these soles I realized that my feet felt less tight and that shock distribution when coming off a jump was a lot better. These soles could be better in the gel part but for the price and the ease of putting them on I say they are pretty darn good. If there is a higher model than this I would recommend them too. I wear LeBron’s sneakers which have a natural high arch to them and the soles fits in well and are very comfortable. I would recommend them because they are an upgrade to the soles the sneakers come with.

I have flat feet with my left foot ankle turns inward, these do help but I need more help with the left foot, I use these every day & just move them from shoe to shoe very easy, I will look into a more pronounced pair soon, but these should really help for the average person, and they are comfortable. They seem to be holding up very well even used on a daily basis,

WOW. These really work. My left calf and knee were aching so bad I went to Urgent Care. Doc told me it was my flat feet and I need an Orthotic. They made me an appointment with a Podiatrist for November. But I saw these on Amazon and for price I knew I couldn't go wrong. I bought some flat Spenco's and Flat Fix. I put them in the same day and my arch had a little pain being pushed up into normal human position. The pain was being relieved even at that point. The next day my pain was completely gone. I wear the Spenco and Flat Fix all day in my Reeboks. No pain at all. Wonderful product....

I've never had back or leg pain but I cannot stand for extended periods without heel foot pain because of my flat feet. I've tried everything that I could think of from gel, memory foam, liquid and many other custom insoles but nothing worked. I bought these because they were inexpensive so I didn't have much to lose if they didn't work but because they were only orthotic inserts and not full length insoles I set them aside and didn't try them for a while. I finally gave them a chance and I was surprised that they actually worked. I can now stand much longer than I was previously able to without pain. You still need to use a thin full length insole as these are only inserts and you do need to ensure that they are against the heel of the shoe when you put your shoes on so they are positioned correctly. I didn't really expect these to work because I've spent much more on custom insoles and these were very inexpensive but they do work. I can't really explain why they work and all of the other insoles didn't but I'm glad that I finally found something that makes a difference. If you are on the fence about these like I was don't let the low price discourage you from trying them. I definitely recommend these orthotics.

My feet are about as flat as it gets. I tend to get a lot of pain on the ball of my foot under the big toe, and I always get a blister/callous on the inside of my big toe (when not wearing orthotics). I've always pretty good luck with the Dr. Scholl's inserts designed for plantar fasciitis, but I thought this insert might be even better. I was dead wrong. I walked about 4 miles the first day (normal for a work day), and I woke up with foot pain, back pain, and leg pain like I haven't had in years. Maybe my body needed more time to adjust, but I wasn't willing to take the time to find out. I'm going back to the Scholl's inserts. These might work for you, but for me they were awful. The only redeeming quality was the fact that I was able to get a refund without even returning them.

Bought these for my son who is a student athlete. He is flat footed and was experiencing a lot of foot pain. He said he felt relief immediately. Lasted about 1 year but I think is because he used them in his cleats mainly. I think they should make a sports one. Either way good buy

Recently purchased as I was in a lot of discomfort with my old pair of a different brand No information is provided (on box) as to whether the innersoles replace the existing innersoles as my full length do, but the half size only provides half of the comfort and support. After removing the existing innersole and using the glue dot to stick down the mini arch support, I found that during my fitness and skipping that my upper foot had a lack of support underneath and too much space to shift around with no comfort from any impact. I dont know why only half the arch is made as it defeats the purpose of proving total foot comfort and support, hence the low rating I've given...sorry

Superb quality- using from last 5 months and my leg fatigue has disappeared , i am able to do my work freely ..with added bonus of no pain at end of day..i would recommend this product.

The insoles doesn't help to relief the pain in the flat foot to a certain extend
