I really like these. ive switched to this for my every day life. Smell wise, they have a strange yet strong smell but not bad. They are a good size and easy to swallow. My sleep quality skyrocketed when I started taking these. My blood work has looekd a lot better (was already good), so they seem to be pretty effective with a slew of nutrients in them. My only 'complaint' is that it make your urine neon yellow/green.

Amazing Multi-Vitamin - Yes, it does turn your pee into a watered-down lemon-lime Gatorade color, but it gave me energy - normally, I feel like taking a nap mid-day, but after taking these, I noticed an increase in energy levels. I did not have any smell (good or bad) associated with these pills.

After viewing the vitamin and mineral ingredient list on several vitamins, I chose this as one of the best balanced vitamin available. I especially like that is does not contain calcium and copper. Many do, however, if there is magnesium in the vitamin (as there most often is), the calcium competes with it and they have a canceling effect. The same is true with zinc and copper. It is easier to supplement separately with calcium and copper. These do appear to be very good vitamins. However, after ordering and taking them, I did not feel the best. Was struck with nausea and bloating. What I neglected to do is read the filler ingredients. I have a high sensitivity to maltodextrin and this is a filler used in this vitamin. I looked on AI for “best overall multivitamins” on both Grok & ChatGPT. This was one of the top two listed and the cost was very competitive. I used to buy the popular brands but learned they are very low quality, they often don’t dissolve right, and (according to AI) are mostly expensive urine. I’m delighted to find it this brand’s 2 A Day. (FYI, This brands 1 A Day isn’t neatly as good as its 2 A Day. I’m not sure why).

These are excellent vitamins. I have been using them for several years. They provide a much greater quantity of your recommended daily essential vitamins and nutrients than the more popular store brands of vitamins. This is such a convenient way to order them. I did a lot of research about individually buying the best supplement for issues I wanted to address. I found this, and in 9/10 cases this multivitamin uses the latest tech in supplements at a good dosage for a very reasonable price. For example it uses the methylated form of folate. Some people have a genetic disorder where they can't process the typical folic acid properly which can lead to issues, and 99% of other multivitamins use the folic acid form because it's cheap. Another it uses is opti-zinc, it's well studied and one of the best for bioavailability. I would prefer a different form of magnesium as magnesium oxide is cheap and not that bioavailable, but that's a small drawback. If magnesium is an issue for you, look at getting magnesium glycinate powder. To get a meaningful amount of magnesium there is a lot of bulk to the powder, you wouldn't be able to fit into a multivitamin anyways.
