When I cook with these on a baking tray, food doesn’t stick and I don’t have to clean the tray afterward. The price is a little high, but the convenience makes it worth it. I love the idea of pre cut Smartake Parchment Paper. I seem to struggle with cutting the rolled paper- the cutting edge ALWAYS getting damaged, and me ending up with odd torn sheets. So this looked like a great idea and was an exact fit for my baking sheets. The only problem is these are a stack of 200 sheets, 12x16 inches. I don’t know what I expected; maybe in a smaller box that I could pull out a sheet at a time and it would fit in my kitchen drawer? Not sure where we are expected to store this large but flat pack. So while the product is excellent and super convenient, I take away 1 star for lack of storage convenience. I’m sure I’ll figure it out, but just wanted others to be aware ahead of time, especially if you have a small or limited storage space in your kitchen.

Use these in our oven air fryer. Saves a lot of mess. Works as expected. Less clean up which is a plus. Will be buying again. Good quality paper.
