I have severe arthritis, can it be used as a heat therapy for my hand?

It helps with pain. Not a cure though. I have hand pain attacks periodically and I heat you the wax. Tabes a while though.

Is this large enough for feet I have a hand spa & I have discovered the hand spa is awesome for my hand but it is to small for feet . I ran out of roo

I wear size 8 in women's shoes and I do each foot in 2 parts , dip toes and half way up foot 7 times and wrap with plastic wrap to keep heat in longer. Then I dip heel and half way up foot. I am standing majority of my 12 hours shifts and I do this everyday after work. I wish I would have gotten bigger size so it would be less work.

how many pounds of wax to fill this bath

It comes with and holds one pound of wax.

Bought some wax that is made by a different company and now it's unbearably hot. Is there a problem with my machine, or the wax?

I don't know if the wax is the problem but if you leave the unit uncovered for even a few minutes while it is heating or after it is hot, the wax will get VERY hot. To solve the "too hot" wax problem, I turn off the machine when I am applying the wax and keep the lid firmly in place while heating and before I use the wax.
