I bought 2 sets! Dehydrated onions and they came out great!. I can't get the smell out! Tried soapy water, vinegar, baking soda... still smell??

Wash then bake clean silicone 20-60 min at 350F to get the smell out.

will the mesh tray fit the American harves garden master?

Yes, this is what I have. You can always cut it to fit, if too large.

Will they stand-up to bleach to get out stains?

I have not used bleach on them, they might?????

Will these fit 8 quart instant pot rack for dehydrating? Or do you have recommendations

These are for a dehydrator. I would definitely not recommend using them in an instant pot.
