Perfect! Convenient! Cute! And it works!
I'm an author. When I'm not at my job I'm at home writing my next book at all odd hours. I forget to eat but this baby is a life saver! First, this thing boils water faster than my electric kettle!!! It is super easy to clean and for me, really convenient. I keep it on my desk and when i get the munchies or force myself to take a break, i pop open a bag of ramyun and it cooks in 5 min! I love that it has a handle so once i disconnect it, i carry it over to my bed where i sit and watch my kdramas while slurping yummy ramyun. (The outside does not overheat or get scalding hot so it is very safe to touch) I can't wait to cook other things but so far i am impressed and happy with this gadget. I wish i had found about it sooner!! (Its great when family visits and take up the whole kitchen so i can cook my meals in my room where it's peaceful and less hectic, especially while i study, write or binge watch a show)

Great Electric hotpot for two
This is great hot pot for two people. The installation is super easy. It took us less than 10 minutes to set up for the first time. The 1.5L capacity is actually great portion for a decent hotpot dinner for two people. We usually use it to precook soup base and then put it veggie after the soup has been boiled. We're surprised to learn how fast this electric hot pot heat up. It can bring 1.5L water to boiling point in less than 10 minutes. And the two temperature setting control is perfect for both boiling and keeping food warm. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this to anyone who would like a convenient electric hotpot.

Handy little pot
This hot pot is the perfect size to use for one or two people. It was bigger than I expected and very well made. The stainless interior is easy to clean. This little gem heats up fast and made perfect hard boiled eggs. I've heated chili, soup, and leftovers in it. Works well for ramen noodles and oatmeal too. Would make a nice gift for someone living in a college dorm or a studio apartment.

All in one cooker is perfect for Van life
Good little products for its use. I live in my van so I needed something to cook simple foods like soups and noodles and I can also use it just has a regular bowl. It heats up super quick and does the job really good...I eat right out of the pot and then I just rinse it out of water, simple, works good. the only issue I have with it is that the cord is too short but it's the same kind of cord you plug in a PC tower so I have others I can use a longer one...I recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a stove just wants to heat up some food.

Great for the workplace too
I originally bought this thing back when I was working as an electrical tech at a factory. Good company, decent pay, but the cafeteria food was pretty substandard at best and the only options for eating out for lunch in the town(middle of nowhere NH, few options) were McDonald's and a couple of Chinese and Japanese takeout places. Don't get me wrong, I love Chinese, and I tried all kinds of sushi dishes, but the cost adds up. And as a former McDonald's employee... I try to avoid eating from there. So my solution was to grab one of these and keep it in my desk at work. We were on call for breakdowns when machines stopped working too so it worked better for eating as quickly as possible since the break room was a solid 5min walk from the workshop area. I'd just take this thing out, along with a can of soup or something I'd keep in the same drawer, cook, and eat using plastic utensils from our stash. More cost effective too, since the cafeteria food was like... here's a bland slice of cold cheese pizza. That'll be $4. I've used this for soups, stew, ramen, rice, and this one time I pan fried sardines. That last one worked but it was a hassle, wasn't easy to maneuver for flipping them. Never did it again. Anyway, in short, if you have a work desk, enjoy food that can be cooked in one of these, and would enjoy the convenience of just doing your thing right where you're at, you can't go wrong here. The above description mentions students, and I'm sure it'd be great for a dorm, but this is my experience.

handy appliance for boiling water or boiling foods IN water
I recommend this appliance for boiling water, cooking things like pasta or noodles in boiling water, or improvising it as a steamer using the rack provided for cooking whole eggs. Nothing in which the liquid begins or becomes thicker than water. The seal on the lid is perfect and did not bubble over the sides. The design of the handle in relation to the weight of the appliance (plus food contents) is EXCELLENT. Very ergonomic and the distance between your fingers and the hot outer surface of the pot is super-safe. It LOOKS great and takes up very little counter space. It’s the cleaning of the interior of the thing that, for me, is a definite drawback. I won’t attempt to cook rice again without maybe somehow greasing the inner bottom of the pot, because I had to leave it sitting overnight with an inch of soapy water inside it to be able to scrape the “browned” crust off of it. So, this isn’t a WOW review but it’s by no means a DON’T BUY review. Great for boiling inidividual amounts of things.

Rocket hot blazing fast!
Much better than I expected! If you have hard water, you will need to boil some vinegar for a couple minutes to remove build up from the bottom after you use this. It will keep the inside sparkling clean. I use it to boil and poach eggs, make pasta and ramen and it even cooks artichokes, but will only cook one at a time. Perfect for a relaxed workspace or dorm. If you only have folding tables or a desk and not an actual counter space, I would invest in a ceramic floor tile or wooden cutting board to set it on. It vents a lot of steam on boil so be careful when opening the lid or you will get a wicked steam burn like I did. If you have a cat don't let it near this thing while it's cooking; they are fascinated by the hiss and stream of steam it vents. If you fill it to the maximum line inside if will overflow on full boil, so under fil it just a little, or put a paper towel down so you don't get water rings on your desk.

It's great, it fully cooked my frozen dim sums! And since I have a small desk at work, the size fits perfectly! The inside of the pot is easy to clean too!

Quickly for cooking and small and cute

Like having a tiny little slow cooker. Cute design and very easy to use but would appreciate if inner “pot/liner” came out of build for easier washing, without having to drag or worry about the cord.
