THE MICROPHONE HAS MANY PROBLEMS. . . (1) IT HAS VERY BAD, DISTORTED QUALITY OF SOUND . . .(2) EVEN AFTER FULL BATTERY CHARGE IT WORKS ONLY FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES AND THEN SWICHES OFF. . . (3) THE ECHO SWITCH AND OTHER SWITCHES ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. . . (4) THE BLUETOOTH IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. REQUEST TO PLEASE ARRANGE RETURN OF THE ITEM AND REFUND TOTAL AMOUNT. THANK YOU.
