What's the right way to use this oil reed diffuser?

Dear Helen, thank you for your inquiry. We recommend you to open the cork with a tool gently as the cork is sealed tightly for leak-proof. And then put the reeds into the bottle and make sure you flip the reeds once or twice a week for maximum aromatherapy effect. Hope you enjoy the pleasant scent.

Sometimes i found out the scent is too strong while there were a few times that i thought it's too weak. why's that? what should i do?

Hi there, you can control the intensity for the scent by adding/removing the sticks. the more you put, the stronger it will be, and vice versa.

My reed diffuser seems to stop diffusing from time to time. Does any of you have this issue? How did you do to resolve it?

take the reeds out every 3/4 days - turn upside down and place back in jar
