Don't swallow
Great flavor and it lasts longer than other ones I've tried. Breath improves but I don't know how healthy gum is for you. I saw a youtube video that says it's made from bad stuff but I'm not eating it, just chewing on it for a spell. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs so at least my breath can be fresh

Always a winner but as of late I get stale Trident & I hate it! It crumbles when initially chewed, thanks for the multipack I know they changed the recipe like 50 years ago…I absolutely loved the now ancient Trident the very 1st years of production but you’ve changed it so many times….please somebody can we get the real original flavor back like Coke did! 🤩
