This ink would not work in the printer I have. It says it’s compatible but it wouldn’t work. I’m a teacher in NYC and spent over $80 on a cartridge that doesn’t work. In Oct 3, I put a ticket into the IT department. The guy came today, November 2, and told me the ink works in Europe not here. I tried to return it and the return window closed yesterday! I’m so frustrated. I’m out $80 and cannot afford to buy more. Grrrrrrrrr

J'ai reçu la cartouche d'encre et elle ne fonctionnait pas et je l'ai retourné au vendeur pour remboursement et ils m'on chargé un montant de 15% pour remise en inventaire et en me disant qu'elle n'était pas défectueuse alors je trouve inadmissible que j'a dû payé un tel montant pour quelque chose de défectueux. En plus j'ai du payé un montant de 20.35 $ de frais de poste de retour. Pourquoi que je n'ai pas été remboursé au plein montant? C'est une compagnie qui n'est pas responsable à mon avis. Amazon ne devrait plus faire affaire avec cette compagnie. J'ai déjà retourné dans le passé un autre article défectueux et j'ai été remboursé du plein montant. Clément

Four Lexmark toners were ordered, however only the Black tonner worked. The other three gave error messages.

J'ai acheté une cartouche pour mon imprimante $100 et elle ne fonctionne pas et le vendeur ne me répond pas. Je ne comprend pas cette attitude, n'acheter plus de cette compagnie elle n'est pas fiable.
