This is a great product, quick and easy, and great added with vegies or other options.

Sure, I could make it for less if I cooked it myself, but then I may end up with leftovers and eventually throw it out. One is a perfect size for my husband, he is a big man at 6’4” where, half a bag is great for me. I do eat the leftovers from my bag, sometimes with just butter/salt/pepper. These are convenient and consistently a top grade product. Amazon prize is amazing for what you would pay in a grocery store for the same product. This rice taste awesome, chewy, nutty in flavor and just pairs well with so many foods and healthier than potatoes.

These are yummy. I definitely like the garlic best. I add hot sauce and Parmesan cheese, sometimes avocado

These are super easy only takes 90 seconds to heat up. Super convenient for days when you have no time to cook.

I first tried this version of their precooked grain line when my chain store stopped selling their own organic, very similar mix. This mix has more salt which is the only downside, but it has far less salt than the UB's brand .. so, a compromise. I use it combined with chile and chopped steak and a good hot sauce for a quick, hearty meal. I refer to it as "glop" .. sounds bad, tastes great and, if done right with low salt, low cholesterol ingredients is not only tasty, but a great source of protein and basically a healthy snack, or meal. It also doesn't hurt that it is about $.50 - $1.00 cheaper per packet thru Amazon sellers. It's also great as a quick side dish with many different meals and far better for you than plain white rice.

Love this brand, love basmati rice. I use these packets when I want to quickly have some rice at the ready. Nice for emergencies, hiking, camping, DIY MRE. I bought this particular pack on super sale, so I just assume that the best by date isnt too far away. Frankly, I didnt look nor do I care. This does not at all indicate anything to do with safety. The best by date is an assurance of quality and nutrition. Sad that a reviewer tossed theirs out because the best by was two months or so out. How wasteful. Packet rice is best well heated and some added moisture. But works fine enough at room temp if need be. I just really like the convenience of having packet rice in my pantry. I can make quick sides and soups with it.

It has an amazing taste. I take it to work with lunch and add chicken or beef or any kind of meat. It’s good for meal prepping. Low enough in calories for a diet plan. There’s so many ways to use it. It comes in a large package so I split it into two meals for work. My first order was lost due to a damaged package. It was quickly replaced. Customer service was amazing. I recommend and will be ordering more for myself.

Bought this in March and product arrived with a short expiry of 2 months. Be careful if ordering in bulk.
