PenAgain® Ergo Soft Red Retractable Ballpoint Pen, Comfort Grip, Black Ink

I can’t hold a pen due to nerve damage in my back. Got basically a claw hand- can’t open it but am able to close it. These pens are a gift. I can now print decently. They don’t require hand strength to hold them.

I got this for my dad. He was struggling writing due to carpal tunnel syndrome. He loves it! He is so amazed at how pain free writing has become. He’s been recommending it to friends!

This adaptive pen is incredible. I have to write constantly in my job. I work in outpatient surgery, make recovery and preoperative assessments, and pick up patients as well. In December 2024, I had my index finger joint fused near the nail bed. It’s been a challenge learning to write again and make it legible. It’s comfortable, provides stability, improves the flow of writing and legibility. It was particularly hard to make looped letters. I plan on ordering more.

First things first: the quality is amazing! It has a very velvety feel to it so it feels very nice on the skin when held. The way it’s built definitely takes a tiny bit to get used to, but anyone can pick up on it with a few moment’s time. I think my only issue would be that it’s a bit too big for someone like me. My hands are smaller than average so it doesn’t fit, my finger being just shy of the divet where it’d rest - but that can easily be looked over! I don’t think this product would be bought by many people, but it’s definitely something cool to own. It cramped my hand a little with learning it but I’m not complaining when it comes to this wackier addition to my pen collection!

I have suffered from carpal tunnel in the past couple of years. Earlier this year, it was worse than ever. I tried this pen for writing at work and I was so surprised and relieved that it was so comfortable to hold! I’m glad I bought it.

While receiving therapy, my OT told about this pen since I work a front desk job. I have RA, this has been a blessing. I’m a lefty so the lettering on the bottom is a bit of a bother but I flip the pen upside down so it doesn’t press or rub on my finger. My best pen as of yet. Nice and smooth feeling. It can bleed a bit but that doesn’t bother me when I can finally write without pain.

This pen is a great help for me. I liked the first one so much I bought a second.

l'ergonomie est vraiment géniale (en attente d'opération du poignet) ...Dommage que la la mine ne sois pas à la hauteur ...Du coup je ne l'utilise que lorsque j'ai vraiment trop mal, car il n'est pas agréable pour écrire.

Comfy and soft. My hand does not hurt when writing like it does with regular pens. It’s awkward at first but once you get use to it, you won’t want to write with a regular pen! It’s a little expensive for one pen however!

以前から腱鞘炎持ちです。普段はほぼPC利用なので問題ないのですがたまにある研修で文字を書くのが辛いため購入しました。 確かに痛みは激減しました。夜も痛くて気になり眠れないということも無くなりました。ただしキレイな字が書けるかというとそれは別問題です。ペンの握り方が違うので今までのようには書けません。上手く書こうとしたらまた練習が必要だと思いました。でも痛みが無くなったので良かったです。
