This is a perfect oil for pain relief. I had knee pain which literally made me scared of climbing the steps and sharp pain in the thigh that gave me extreme difficulty in bending and sitting for extended periods. But after gently massaging the affected areas with this oil for a couple of weeks I really got relieved from the two terrible pains. The fragrance of the oil is purely herbal and pleasant. I am really very thankful to the oil for its wonderful effect. I also took Rasayanam multi vitamin tablets alongside which also helped the cause to a great extent.

I HAVE USED THIS OIL, AS MY HAND WAS PAINING DUE TO IRREGULAR MOVEMENT OF MY HAND DURING SLEEP , IT WAS UNDERMY BACK SIDE OF BODY, AND AFTER AWAKING FROM SLEEP PAIN WAS IN ARM AND HAND. SO I HAVE USED FOR 3 DAYS FOR 3 TIMES A DAY AND GOT RELIEF FROM PAIN. THEREFORE TO ME IT IS A GOOD PRODUCT.OTHERS CAN TRY AND USE IT.

It does give good relief and good for massage after the gym or running activities etc.

Has a lot of coffee smell. Works ok sometimes. Not ok sometimes. So, just 50-50!

This is a good quality Ayurvedic oil. I really enjoy using it for oiling my body; it has a pleasant herbal scent.
