Great probiotic
I've been taking this prebiotic for about a month now. I can honestly say that I have noticed a positive change in my gut health. I immediately notice that things are no as "regular" when I forget to take it. I will definitely continue to take it for the foreseeable future.

These are some of my favorite probiotics. I can't really rate efficacty but whenever I take these, I feel so much better. I am less affected by IBS symptoms, my eczema disappears, and my skin feels better overall. I think this blend works great for me. I have success with most probiotics but I have an exceptionally good response to this brand.

Does the job
The first day of usage took a while to kick in, but it did the job. I take one each day. My first few days I visited the rest room a few times, but not uncontrollable. I thought I would worry about going out and embarrassing myself. That is not an issue. I will continue to refill for months to come.

Caused Hives and Congestion
After 3 days, product caused hives on my scalp, neck and chest in addition to congestion.
